Checked out Indian take aways on Trip Adviser and this one gave recent positive reviews. The were not wrong! We had a variety of dishes selected from their menu which were delivered on time and well packed and labelled. Quality superb and good value too.. Reserved a table for my partners birthday weeks in advance. Arrived a few minutes before reservation and the place was totally chaotic. A massive queue consisting mainly of people ordering takeaways but finally managed to speak to one of the staff who said no tables dree yet, you'll just have to wait and simply left us standing there, no drink offered or approximate waiting time. A group of about 8 then arrived with no reservation and asked for a table. It seemed they were known to the staff and after about 15 minutes were asked to be seated. We along with another couple that had now been waiting over 30 minutes decided after no more assistance to leave. Never again will I book to dine here. Shocking treatment and busy does not mean customer service should become non existent.

The restaurant was extremely busy but service was attentive and the food was served without any significant delay. It was great to find that the lamb with okra dish had been prepared from scratch. So many places barbecue the lamb on skewers first and then add it to a sauce. All of the dishes tasted freshly prepared and the wine list was reasonably priced.

Me and my partner go there many times. The food is excellent my favourite is their red curry and spring rolls. Very friendly staff. Seems to be getting popular now prices are very reasonable.

We took my partners mother to Gurka Brother for her birthday, the staff were very good in making sure she had an enjoyable time and the food was excellent as always.

Had a wonderful meal for two in this restaurant..it's buffet style eat all you want but instead of going up & helping yourselves it is waiter service..the meal is three courses & was beautifully cooked nice & hot & just the right amount of seasoning..The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, the tables have crisp clean white tablecloths, the seating is very comfortable..would definitely recommend & will definitely be going back..Price range very good.

We enjoyed the food, shared starter followed by mild curries! The Pan Nam with duck is highly recommended.Considering it was mid-week it was very busy (and noisy). It was our third visit and has good prices, so we'll be back I'm sure!
