China Town offers high quality meals and an excellent service. It has a nice terrace. The buffet is highly recommendable.

It looks more like an industrial restaurant with its giant buffet than a traditional Chinese restaurant. There is all kind of Asian food, sushis, nems, chicken/pork/beaf meals, wok, fruits, desserts, ice-cream,.... don't worry, when you will leave you will be completely full. The staff looks nice but you can see that their smiles are fake. Business first!Toilets were very cleaned! If you like Asian food and are very hungry, then this place is for you!

Venus par hasard après un rdv. Très bonne surprise. Pouvoir échanger le riz dans le menu par d'autres choses est très bien pensé. On s'est régalé. Accueil très agréable.

Took a walk out for something to eat after a drive down from the Channel/ la Manche. Found this place a better choice than the pseudo American stuff near the budget hotels and the choice is really good. Dim sum sushi and lots of good stuff including a diy kit which they then cook.

Arriving at our hotel, we noticed that less than 200 metres away was a Japonese Restaurant. My wife loves Sushi, so we decided that evening we would go Sushi, not expecting much due to location (opposite the bus station and the main SNCF station on a very busy no parking street). We were very pleasantly surprised and the food was really very good and exceptionally well priced. A choice of Japanese beers as well! They scored 4 instead of 5 due to the waitress serving way too quickly so we felt rushed. We actually slowed her down, but she did not seem to well pleased, but Hey! We were the paying customers and the place was definitely not crowded, it only being 7:30 pm.However, a score of 4 was well worth it, and for Sushi lovers, we recommend highly.

We came across this restaurant while looking for the car park for our hotel and decided that we would try to book there for dinner. We were the first customers, but Kyotori clearly has a big takeaway trade, with orders constantly coming out of the kitchen for waiting clients during the course of our stay. If I lived in Chartres, I am sure I would order takeout from here on a regular basis. We chose a selection of things from the menu including miso soup, sushi, prawn tempura and salmon brochettes. Everything was delicious, although the tempura prawns were not in a conventional tempura batter. I thought they had been deep fried in breadcrumbs, but the waitress informed me that the chef uses a coating based on crushed rice. Much as I enjoy French food in France, good Asian cuisine makes a really pleasant change.

I was there months ago and I still think about this restaurant. High quality food at moderate prices. Interior is elegant and clean. I enjoyed seeing the Vietnamese-French owner greet the French customers with kisses and conversation. Great food, great value, marvelous experience. Closed Mondays.

I was looking for a nice, hot meal near my hotel, and Shogun turned out to be a delicious choice. When I arrived on a Friday evening, the restaurant was not very busy, but the dining room had 1 waitress working. As other reviews mentioned, the service was really slow and got progressively slower the busier the restaurant became. There are several menu options, but I chose one of the specials of the house - stir fried chicken with thin slices of ginger and onions. It came out of the kitchen piping hot and was delicious! I ordered rice with it as well, and I was a little surprised that a bowl of plain, white rice was 2 euros extra. Why not just include it with the dish?Thankfully I wasn't in any sort of hurry. Overall, my meal and experience were very good here.
