This venue is just outside of the city center of Charleroi and can be fully packed on Saturday evenings, so do make a reservation. Clientele consists mostly of locals and families (so don't mind some kids running around). The food consists of precooked dishes (limited choice and a bit fatty) and live prepared food (tepan yakki, grill and wok). It taste great and the meat is tender and juicy. Price for all you can eat is 30 euro (drinks included). Recommended!

Malheureux

Have eaten at An Nam several times whilst visiting Charleroi for work. The food is fantastic, with a range of cuisines (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese) and prices are very reasonable. Friendly staff and well presented restaurant. Would highly recommend.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you travel. There is a little bridge that guides you in the restaurant. The food is excellent and not so heavy like in other Asian restaurants. The service is amazing because the staff is so friendly and smiling. You have to try the Vietnamese dessert with the coconut! It is absolutely delicious!!! I came for lunch once and they offer two dishes for 10.90⬠! It is great value for money!

We stumbled upon this place and were a bit hesitant to try it since it's in a small town and were pleasantly surprised! The quality is great. It has a moving belt and you are charged by the colors of the plates you consume (3â¬, 4â¬, 5â¬, 6â¬). There are also a few hot dishes you can order. We also had the gyozas but felt it was a bit too salty in too much sauce but otherwise very good. While it's pricier than other places in Brussels who offer luncheon menus, this is a great place for being in the Charleroi area.

We had a very nice dinner. Staff was friendly, and the dishes were very nice, resembling real Thai flavours. We were pleasantly surprised they had âmango sticky riceâ on their dessert menu. Really reccomendable.

We had a good meal here- for â¬51 we had 1 starter, 3 main courses, 3 desserts and 4 soft drinks. The quality of the food is very high- we all loved our meals and everything was tasty and fresh. This restaurant is not in the most attractive area, but it is well worth a visit for people who want a great Chinese meal.

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the street, not even inside, but the true value is hidden underneath. The owner/server in single person provides incredible customer care even though he speaks only basic English so our interaction was somewhat limited. Even despite that, he was able to make me feel welcomed like a guest to his family table. The food is very tasty, not the usual "one spice for all" taste of the typical Chinese fast food. The meals are fresh, delicate and abundant in size. To top it all, the value is incredible. You can order from a rich variety of separate meals or a couple of matched 3 course menus some of which are available already at about 15 EUR.
