You have a listing for Paradai Thai Restaurant at 75 Koornang Road, Carnegie, however there is another Thai restaurant directly across the road from this one called Paradai 2, and this is the one I went to and would like to review. I assume having such a
A little conflicted putting this review. The restaurant itself is lively and packed with good ambience. We order several mains and desserts to share. The meals themselves overall was good Thai, however we received seafood that came out cold. We showed the wait staff who took it back to the kitchen, which was returned to us 5 minutes later with the seafood still cold, which we chose not to eat.The service itself was really poor with the staff not paying attention to the customers regarding orders or requests which we witnessed on our table and surrounding tables. Itâs a little unfortunate as the venue and food in general (other than the cold seafood) was good.

My wife ordered Tak Twigim however they couldn't prepare it that night for some reason so ordered Chap Chae instead. She found it a bit garlicky and too sweet.I ordered Beef Bi Bim Bab which was very nice. The Bi Bim Bap sauce was not as nice a I have found at other Korean restaurants. The meals was served with little side bowls of broccoli, bean shoots, kim chi and fish noodles.Overall, pretty good.

Auntie's is a bit of an institution around Carnegie, it is where you go when you're looking for super tasty dumplings, provided quickly, when you're not fussed about service quality or fancy surroundings. If you're expecting high quality customer service or plush furnishings, go to one of the higher priced dumpling houses all around Melbourne.

We had a trip planned to the Himalayas thus to get into the mood we had a group dinner here. Very good value, preferred the entrees (particularly chicken) over the mains. The eggplant and goat curry were very good. The option of BYO is appreciated.

Shyun is a rare gem. An authentic Japanese restaurant in the suburbs. You will struggle to find somewhere as authentically Japanese as this in a wide radius (other than Shyun Ramen over the road!!). People of Carnegie, you are blessed indeeed. The food is fresh, flavoursome, fast and fantastic. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. You must book - it is clearly a Carnegie favourite. Dust off your chopstick skills and have dinner here. You will not regret it.

Bustling Korean restaurant where the marinated meat selection is cooked on a grill in the middle of the table. We had plenty of food for a cheap price, and an Asian restaurant which is meat-heavy is relatively unusual. The waitresses were circulating and cooking the meat for us, and we took it off the grill when it was done.Unlike other comments we weren't able to book so it was just turn up and hope for an empty table. One reservation is that I think it would be quite hot if the front doors weren't fully open allowing fresh air to enter.

Five adults and two young grandchildren were after dinner after an afternoon in Chadstone shopping centre. Luckily for us we managed a seat in this restaurant as we did not have a booking. It was only 5pm and we promised to leave before 6.30.Service was really good but the food was outstanding. We ordered 5 dishes to share with coconut rice and roti as sides.Very cute of the little girl and boy donning aprons and walking the tables.By the time we had finished dinner, the place was getting very full. And no wonder. The receipt include all the food and beer and wine.

Great local restaurant. We have been there a multiple time. Once with kids, and three other times with friends.Food was great, except for one time, when we ordered Salt & the Pepper Squid Salad. Squid wasn't good, it has a smell. We return it, but they didn't offer us anything else and charged us for it...We will definitely will go there again, but no squid for us next time :)

New restaurant on high st. Good customer service and willing to modify their menu for Vegan. However, when you see the dishes they serve to other tables, we wonder, if they could or would be willing to do more for vegan customers? Would love to go again and see if the same cooking style can be applied to serve vegan food that looks, and tastes as delicious as the none vegan dishes.Thank you for your thoughtful review sir. Vegan has so many level, if they are very strictly, they won't be able to eat any flavoring agents apart from salt and sugar. If you ever come in next time, let me know you are the one who wrote this review, I want to see you in person and want to know what you have ordered as a vegan dishes that were not delicious as none Vegan. Since you are the expert of Vegan food, please tell me which Vegan restaurant that you think is the best in Melbourne, so I can do a research.

Food was good, ambience is comfortable and service was awesome! What makes us comfortable the minute we stepped in restaurant is the service, the staff are well trained and courteous. I have no complaints on the food , the presentation was great and portion was reasonable on the hind side the price was slightly stiff on certain items. Nevertheless, the service overcome the stiff price. Did not try the dessert as we felt it is western and could be too strong on sweetness.
