The food was absolutely amazing. Well presented and unbelievably tasty!The manager was great and he kept checking everyone was happy or needed anything. It was also nice to see a manager actually fetch things for people dining which added to the service.The waitresses are obviously still training but they tried really hard and were friendly.We stayed at the hotel as part of the bed, breakfast, spa and dinner package. We couldn't believe the choice of meals from the menu as usually with these packages it involves limited choice.We will definitely be returning and it was a lovely way to celebrate together Rudolf the concierge attendant is just fabulous. Great smile and nothing was too much trouble.Thank you for a fantastic stay!!!!!

Good quality and tasty Thai food - the girls are always really friendly to us. Its just around the corner from our work so very convenient. You can also taste and sample the daily specials before you buy. Highly recommend. :) x

A little gem of a place, given that it's about time Burnley's taste buds were offered more than just the usual Chinese and middle eastern foods.I have noticed that they use the Mae Ploy brand, which is authentic, but may be to salty for some. I like how you sit to eat around the stall, surrounding the central cooking and serving area, as this is how it's done in Thailand.Hope Joys stay around for years to come, minus the terrible instant coffee.

Oh dear not sure whatâs happened unfortunately the the Wok place in Burnley was closed this weekend by far the best Chinese in Burnley so tried this not been for a while I should of read previous reviews they are so True.The Chicken in the chicken fried was rubbery processed Chicken and all went down hill from there.So so Bad

Ordered a takeaway tonight at 4.55.was a large part of us celebrating a family birthday.When we ordered we were told 45 mins.Rangat 6.10 told driver was on way Rang again at 6.30 said still on way.Food eventually arrived at 6.50 cold.Very disappointed

This is the second time we've ordered takeout from Shimla and yet again the curries are awesome! We ordered from just eat as didn't fancy cooking and had Balti chicken Tikka with pilau rice. The menu choice is brilliant and the quality of the food second to none. Really 'clean' tasting and not full of oil. Flavours are amazing and portion sizes just right- you don't get over loaded with food. Looking forward to trying the restaurant! Hands down the best Indian takeaway we've had.

The food served here is top class. We had a great family meal. There are some dishes on the menu that you wouldnât usually find in your average Indian restaurant and the ones we tried were excellent. The service was as good as the food. Can highly recommend.

Turned up twice in recent months midweek and surprised to be only one in. Had this experience previously.Which is a shame as itâs a nice modern restaurant with an interesting menu and good service.Recent meal of chicken tikka starter followed by chicken tikka Korai was very tasty.Perhaps they need some midweek specials to get the punters in. Others in the area do and Iâve seen them very busy as a result.
