The second most populous town in North Germany, Bremen brings the high-tech, science and space industries together beneath a truly metropolitan backdrop. In a city where innovation, beauty and sophistication meet, it's impossible not to feel the life force. In this 1,200-year-old Hanseatic city, visit the Schlachte Promenade on the River Weser, the full-sized Columbus Space Module of the International Space Station and the Universum Science Center. Oh, and "Hanseatic" refers to an alliance of trading cities in the 13th-17th centuries. But you probably knew that.

Kleine gemütliche Weinbar mit unmittelbarer Marktplatzlage im Herzen Bremens. GroÃes Angebot an Weinen und Spirituosen auch im AuÃer Haus Verkauf.
Had a great lunch sitting outside .Perfect salmon sashimi ,beautifully presented .The plate of Serrano ham was also good.We particularly wanted to try German wines and sampled a blanc de noir and Riesling .Both were excellent.A very handy location close to the Tourit information .Very attentive service.

The interior of the restaurant was pleasant, only I was seated at the back,so I was not served promptly. Also my chair was wonky.Only 6 dim sum on the menu, however the food was reasonably good.I had noodle soup with dumpling and lobster. No lobster in the soup but maybe it was in the dumplings. With a coke bill came to just overâ¬13 which was very reasonable.i might try it again

I loved it! Nice location at a small harbour especially when itâs sunny. My Curry Chicken was tasty and for 8,50⬠fair priced. The veggie curry was ok but not more, definitely something like more vegetable was missing. There is only selfservice, so the personal we meet were friendly but busy behind the counter. Creditcards are welcome over 10⬠charge.

I was at first suspicious of visiting a conveyor-belt sushi place - they're not always the best choice for vegans. But here it was not a problem at all, for they willingly made me my very own platter of sushi, and didn't charge any extra (on top of the all-you-can-eat price) for doing so. And very tasty it was too.For omnivores, the selection is wide - including banana chocolate sushi which appeared later in the evening :)The staff were helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended. The only downside is that they don't accept plastic - be sure to have cash!

After trying to reserve and not succeeding we spontaneously visited and became the offer of a place at the bar. So far so good, however this restaurant is extremely small, not a problem in itself however when too many chairs and settings are expected then it is not only small but cramped. Believe me if this place is full, approx . 16 settings then all the guests need to be slim and i mean slim. The waitress was unfriendly when requested to remove a chair from an empty setting in order that one could actually sit comfortably!! In fairness we left at this point having read the menu comprised mainly of 2 sorts of fish, tuna and salmon and having seen the so called sushi, masses of vegetables wrapped in rice with a hint of fish. Have eaten in some of the best sushi restaurants and believe me this is not one of them. Avoid avoid avoid .

Leaving aside the issue of whether vegetarian food should try to simulate the taste and texture of meet - and many vegetarians are emphatic that it shouldn't - Vegefarm is a fine addition to the Bremen dining scene. I had starter (vegetarian tuna salad) and main course (vegetarian lamb) and both were fresh and tasty - though the resemblance to the "real" dishes was a little variable. It's not exactly in the centre of Bremen but if you are in the Peterswerder area, it is certainly worth checking out.

Iâve visited the restaurant a couple of time. This time we entered the spot short after 6pm. Too sad we had no reservation, the service personal at the entrance was not really friendly and service oriented. A short smashing âjoin the Bar for dinnerâ without any bigger effort, too sad. Another statement from them I am not publishing, cause itâs too offending. The food was good but missing the higher level of taste as it was used to have. For the amount of money you spend it should definitely improve.

I do not like Chinese food in Germany. All Chinese dishes and original flavours seem to have suffered an analogous evolution towards a concoction of different colours and appearances, but that taste absolutely the same. A bit like Chinese food from food courts at Western shopping malls. I only came to this joint because my group of visitors from Japan was craving to eat some Asian food after so many days eating German. The place was recommended by a third party. Well, it was not nearly as bad as I feared. We arrived in 8 people, without a reservation, and the place was already packed (as opposed to all other Asian restaurants on the same street). The staff was kind enough to accommodate us in the best possible manner. The waitress Mei was lovely and super sharp on getting everyone's wishes right, tackling English and Japanese on the table where I was not seated. The food was nice, interesting, varied and freshly prepared. Enjoyable!

We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian Restaurant, Shalimar in Bremen on our visit here. We were happier to visit the place and enjoy the authentic Indian cuisine there. Their décor inside is Rajasthani and looks exquisite. They serve soups, salad, various specialities of Vegetarian, Chicken, Lamb, Fish etc. They are known for their Tikkas and Kababs. We enjoyed their non-vegetarian Platter which comprised three types of Chicken curry with rice and roti; as well as Vegetarian Thali (Platter) which had Okra, Paneer (Cottage cheese). They were delicious. The staff are courteous and helpful. We were greeted and offered tasty complimentary Masala Tea. An enjoyable experience.
