A noon hour treat for the all-you-can-eat deal for our granddaughter was wonderful up until it was time to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and it was a real treat. The service was friendly and good and the restaurant was not busy. I stopped at the washroom, small but clean, and someone came in after me and went into the stall. Upon leaving I noticed that it was a uniformed food handler from the kitchen who stopped VERY briefly at the sink and made a pretence of running the water. The soap dispenser is noisy, as is the towel dispenser, and there was no sound from either or even time to have used them. There were also no signs reminding staff to thoroughly was hands or guidelines posted for required hand washing from the Department of Health. This may not be typical of the kitchen staff there but it only takes one with bad practices to turn a great experience into a trip to the Emergency Dept. I think that management needs to take steps to ensure that proper health safety requirements are met.

Hey Budda Boom Budda Bing! We are the Home of All-You-Can-Eat soup or salad and garlic home loaf and offer delicious Italian meals at great value. At East Side Marioâs your family is our family and we are committed to deliver Amore in everything we do!
Located on highway 2 next to the movie theatres, this has always been a must visit for me before seeing a movie. Now... not so much. When our party was seated we were surprised to see that both children's menu/colouring booklets were both filled out, and "butt hole" written on it! After some laughs we got fresh ones. The bread was slightly burnt and was challenging to cut. Normally the bread at East Side's are the things of lessons, this time... not so much.We asked for a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni pizza, the whole pizza had pepperoni, with pineapple on one side and ham on the other! It was so silly we couldn't help but laugh again! The pizza did however taste good, very good!Seriously, this place is run like a house of jokes and not a respectable food joint. The WiFi is very good, and the Pokemon were good hunting!Would I return? I doubt it, but sometimes I forget to look at my old reviews.Good afternoon, we sincerely apologize for the errors with your order, as well as the quality of bread you had received. Could you please fill out a short form at reviews.esmfeedback.com, using the reference number 86740519-LD? We want to make this up to you!

Ordered take out for our crew at work. I ordered the chicken pad tai. It was less than stellar. Had next to no peanuts in the dish at all. The only ones i locates were a few crushed chards you see in the pic. If you canât prepare the dish donât bother offering it. The egg looks like it was cooked a week ago. I ended up not eating and grabbed take out later in the night somewhere else. The egg roll was good. Would not order this dish again. Everyone else seemed satisfied with their meals

I realise this place has some good reviews and i dont expect much from Chinese fast food but the meals we had for take out here were abysmal.Firstly shrimp fried rice ,dry and highly salted, chicken chow mein was wet and mushy,Kung pao chicken should be called Kung pao cellery because it was festooned with it and a few rubbery chicken pieces thrown in.But the highlight was the szechuan sea food, absolutely uneatable. The fish was supposedly squid pieces and i know the texture can be a little chewy, but this.i could not bite through it nor could my wife barely cut it,the whole take out meal was dumped, such a shame. We would have complained but the lady who served us barely spoke English, and i didnt fancy trying to explain just how poor her food was.Suffice to say we wont ever bother with this place again, maybe it was just an off day for the cook,we,ve had poor takeout at places before but this was the first uneatable one, waste of money big time.

This has to be the worst chinese food around. They are even using costco spring rolls. Absolutely Terrible food....

It's just a takeout joint but it's a good one. My GPS had me routing around a traffic problem on the way to the highway & I pulled over to make a call. Right outside a place. Picked up a fried rice & a spicy noodle dish, along with a Thai curry & some curry spring rolls. Interesting selection of spring rolls, have to try others next time. And there will be a next time, because it was all pretty good. Despite the traffic slowdowns, everything stayed good & hot. Pleasant staff who tell me that the parking meters along the street are regularly patrolled so pop in a dime or two to keep the meal affordable! I will probably make an unforced diversion this way again.
