Although this place is a "hole in the wall," their teriyaki is delicious! I love going hear for chicken teriyaki. You get tons of food for a cheap price. The staff is always friendly and they are pretty fast. I usually call in my order ahead of time and pick it up.

Egg rolls for starters, Tofu Pho, Crab Cellophane, Chicken Bun and stir fry with vegetables are all great dishes at this restaurant. Even though the parking lot is not in the best condition, and the current view of the redeveloping waterfront lacks charm, the seating and food are good and the service is prompt.

Although our dinner was very good, my wife and I do not like sharing a restaurant with someone who brings their dog inside to sit with them while they eat. I know it is difficult for employees to tell someone,in this case an older man, that they cannot bring their dog, even if it is adorable, inside the restaurant. Unless I feel confident that this lax policy is discontinued, I will not return to the restaurant.

We visit Bellingham frequently and often drop in to Thai House for their Swimming Angel (spinach and chicken) ....and other tasty dishes as well. The women who work the restaurant are so sweet and helpful. The food is consistently good. They have great lunch options and the dinner menu is quite extensive. They serve a variety of beer. It is a friendly and relaxed place across the street from the Bellis Fair mall. The locals like it ...and that's a good sign!

Don't be deceived by the bland exterior and interior of this place. We have lived near this restaurant for over a decade and just recently tried it. Johnny, our waiter, was what made the experience excellent. He anticipated our needs before we had to ask and was attentive and friendly. We had a family dinner for 3 and wound up with tons of leftovers. The food is what you come to expect from a decent Americanized Chinese restaurant and their selection is huge. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to make substitutions for the dishes in the family dinner, which a lot of places don't do.

A local friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed. Located in a strip mall, the interior was nice with appropriate Japanese artwork. We started with seaweed salad that was tasty and similar to others we have had. The veggie tempura was hot and crispy and not at all greasy. Portion a little small, I thought, but great. We had a Crunchy roll, a Spider roll, and a Spicy Salmon roll. All were very good. The spicy salmon was very spicy, but the name says it all. A pot of green tea held ample for two. The place was very busy and had additional traffic for takeout - all on a Monday night. Closed Tuesday.

Came here in the early evening. One of us ordered the rice spring roll along with Pho tofu noodle soup and the other ordered the Rice vermicelli topped with a side salad, peanuts and deep fried organic lemongrass tofu (bun). The bun dish came with either soy sauce or fish sauce. Good for those who want non-gluten. All dishes were flavourful and all the veggies were fresh and colourful. A nice change as we usually get 'old' stale veggies at other restaurants. A great variety especially if you're vegetarian or vegan. There's seafood, beef, chicken and organic tofu to choose from as there's something for everyone. Our server was friendly and asked how our food was considering some places don't ask. The place has great ambience and is clean. It's located in Bakerview Square off Bakerview Road. A good place to stop at after a day of shopping at Bellis Fair or at Costco.

Busara is an older and well-established Thai restaurant. the setting is quite nice, with well-spaced tables and Thai art. The food is classic, rather than adventurous, and not as spicy as some Thai restaurants in Bellingham. Staff are courteous; reservations are welcome.

Thai food has always have a soft spot on my list of favourite cuisines, whenever we visit the States, we would make a point to visit the Thai Restaurants down south. When I think back, Thai Food has always been popular in the States when Pho was still relatively new to the ethnic food scene in the US of A and to a certain degree similar here in Vancouver, BC. This is highly recommended by my partner, who found this gem from YELP! We decided to make a day trip to Bellingham and made a stop for lunch here. The dining room was already 80% full when we entered at around 11:30ish, and from the tables, I can already see that the food is very good! Everyone is enjoying their meals and almost everyone asked for a take out containers!! ( as a Yelper, I hope to bring this to everyones' attention; please ask for paper containers and if possible bring your own, so that we will not have to throw away foam / plastic containers in our landfill ).Anyways, we decided to have 2 dishes to share:Meal #1 : Phad Thai - Chicken US$9.95 (3 star spiciness)The National Noodle Dish of Thailand! Their version was done in the most traditional way; with Tamarind juice as the flavouring for the noodles instead of tomato ketchup ( as many places uses ) therefore, the colour of the dish is not red but a light brown colour. I really like this version as the noodles have a more natural tartness then the artificial sourness of using ketchup. The rest of the ingredients are also well balanced with eggs, bean sprouts, green onion, chilli, chicken, fish sauce, tamarind sauce etc. This is one of the best Phad Thai I had for a while, and of course their noodles where done el dente!!Meal #2 : Krapoa Gai Kai Dow - Minced Chicken with peppers and fried Basil US$13.95 ( 3 star spiciness )This is featured as their Signature Dish, and also the reason my partner wanted to bring me here!! This is a very savoury dish with all the ingredients melded together to give you that distinctive Thai flavour! There is something magical about Thai Food! You can never tell that is the main seasoning they are using? Is it fish sauce, black bean sauce, soy sauce, tamarind sauce, or a mix of all the above! This signature dish can be included into this category : Magical!!They serve the minced chicken in the "Magical Sauce" with Jasmine Rice, and I can already find ten ways to have this with: Lettuce Wrap, Taco, Rice Noodles, etc...you get the idea!Service: Excellent! The young lady that served us was super friendly and also gave us some suggestions regarding the spiciness of the dishes, she also warned us not to over Start, as we can always add more chilli after!! Nice touch!Finding this high level of Thai Food in Bellingham is a blessing! This will make our short trips down here even more fun!!

Casual Dining.
This restaurant is located in a strip mall and would not appear to be a great place to eat. Don't be fooled by the location. The food is awesome, service is great. The Thai soups are to die for. We were not disappointed and will be back again.
