Reviews on Asian food in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. Bekasi City (Indonesian: Kota Bekasi, Sundanese: ᮊᮥᮒ ᮘᮨᮊᮞᮤ, Chinese: 勿加泗市) is a city in West Java, Indonesia, located on the eastern border of Jakarta within the Jakarta metropolitan region. It serves as a commuter city for Jakarta, although it has notable trade, business and processing industries. The borders for this city are Bekasi Regency at the north and east, Bogor Regency and Depok City at the south, as well as East Jakarta at the west. It is Indonesia's most populated incorporated suburban city to Jakarta, and one of the most populated worldwide, but still trails the likes of Incheon and Yokohama. The large number of multinational companies, has apparently attracted a lot of expatriates (mainly Japanese and Korean) to settle in Bekasi.

Located at the grand wisata housing estate, with the reasonable price and the food taste also in average. If you love spicy food this restaurant will be a good choice. The rice a bit cold.

It's located at the corner of Summarecon Mall bekasi, so you might overlook this place. However, I have to admit that this place offer a tasty Korean food with cozy and modern-look restaurant interior. As far as I know, this is the only restaurant in Bekasi that let you order the food via a tablet computer attached to the desk. So there are no need to call the waiter/waitress every time you want to order something. .The food is tasty, reasonably priced, and have good portion for most people. I am not really into Korean food but I personally love the Topokki in this restaurant and always order that whenever I come here to eat.
This is my "go-to" restaurant in Bekasi and whenever I am at Summarecon Mall. It is open and spacious and caters for small groups, families, couples and single diners. Good value for freshly prepared and tasty food. Cleanliness and hygiene is impressive. One of the few restaurants where you can buy beer in Bekasi.

It's a very typically Indonesian sea food restaurant with garlic fried kangkung, grilled fish and some choose as street seafood in Indonesia or Malaysia. inThe taste is okay, buat the price is not that cheap as their slogan "street food price".

3 levels of spiciness for your choice. But the price become ridiculous since it was visited by Manpower Minister. Located at small street so no parking lot available.

Whenever I am craving for sushi, I must look for Sushi Tei. My family especially my hubby and daughter really love their kirishima and nigiri sushi. My choice is Chuka idako, Sukiyaki with well done egg and their salad. The ocha can be refilled too.

It is one of a well organized food courts that offers a wide range of food from street food, traditional food as well as a few other Asian cuisines. Most of the food are delicious and some might bring us back to our childhood memories...The place is decorated as if we are in a local rustic market with long tables for a big group an smaller ones for more intimate interaction. The far end of the area is covered with glass windows from floor to ceiling that gives us a view of the toll of Jakarta-Cikampek.

Yes. I said it. Although the restaurant did serve other variety of Indonesian and Chinese food, I particularly love their chicken noodle (and related variants). Also their fried wontons (pangsit goreng) are absolutely delicious and will always be part of my meal whenever I eat at this place. Aside from its tasty food, the portion also enough and will fill an average Indonesian male. The price is also not that expensive, although it definitely higher than the typical noodle restaurant, but the taste did deserve that kind of price.Had to admit, I rarely eat Bakmi GM at Metropolitan Mall, but I am a frequent customer of this franchise at its other branches in Jakarta and Bekasi :)

I came because my husband was craving for dinner with seafood thingy. So we came to this place and first we must choose what would we want to eat in front of the restaurant, there's so many box of fresh seafood choices. And then we pay and wait for cooked. That's it. For taste I think it's depend on each person. For me it's quite good (I'm not a fan of seafood anyway), the place itself likely settled for big family or reunion, many big tables around.Thank you for coming! Glad to hearing that. Can't wait to welcome you here again..See you around!
