Looking for somewhere a little less busy and complicated to get to than the usual route we take...easy to find and parking close by.Friendly helpful waitress and our order was completed without fuss.Good vegetarian spring rolls, and my seafood, ginger and vegetable dish was certainly of very good quality, albeit lacking a little in the ginger and spice department.I did comment that it was nice to have greenery that was fresh cut and cooked as opposed to out of a tin or freezer, and certainly the seafood component was very fresh and well presented.Coconut rice as a side dish maybe lacked a little in the flavour intensity, but all-up not a bad dinner at $53 for 1 entree, 2 mains and 2 drinks.

Went here on our way back from visiting one our sons. Had the Special combination and the Volcanic special. Also chicken fried rice and Jasmine tea. So much food that we took containers home. The volcanic fillet steak was huge serve of super tender fillet steak in a wonderful gravy. The combination special was full of pork, chicken, beef and seafood. Absolutely delicious. The rice is nice but not their strongest dish. Could do with a little boost in flavour. Overall meal terrific as usual. Well and truly worth the visit.

Tonight (18th September) I tried Bacchus Marsh's other Chinese Restaurant for a comparison and came away disappointed. My partner just wanted the Prawn Toast which was smaller in size, price (extra $2.00) and quality. I had the Steak with Spring Onions and Ginger which was nice, but the sauce was very cloying. We also shared a small Fried Rice which was more steamed than fried. Based on tonight's meal, the Golden Valley is where we will be returning to.
