We have been intending to try the Thai food for some time but something never quite appealed to us - however we have now visited and, unfortunately, the food "missed the mark". It just wasn't, in our eyes, "authentic" Thai food and it certainly lacked the delicate fragrances that you associate with that cuisine. Sorry but we won't be returning since there are some many better Thai restaurants within, say, 15- 20 miles

6 of us arrived for our table booking at 6.30 on a Saturday evening, with one other table already sat down in the restaurant enjoying poppadoms. We were promptly ask for our drinks order and if we wanted poppadoms. Both arrived quickly. However that's where the speed ended. We placed our main order shortly after and then watched as numerous take away bags left the kitchen. The restaurant started to fill the tables and we were still waiting on our food. At 7.30 a serving tray of food appeared, and to our surprise this was for the table who was already seated when we arrived an hour ago! Some time passes and the table next to us is given their food, despite arriving and ordering at least 15 -20 mins after us. More takeaway bags leave the kitchen...We commented to, I believe the manager, about the wait and he ensured us the food was on it way out. At 8pm our food was finally served. This was piping hot and very tasty but slightly soured by the long wait and lack of attention from the waiters. We didn't wait around for the table to be cleared and left before having a coffee etc as we just didn't know how much longer it would be!The restaurant was now full with very little food on any tables and takeaway bags flying out of the door. We certainly will not be heading back to the restaurant any time soon, until the issues with time management are resolved.

We visit labone Indian restaurant quite frequently the food is 1st class and so is the service, very good value for money highly recommend this restaurant to anyone , very friendly
