Only our second visit, having recently moved to the area. The restaurant offers an extensive reasonably priced menu, in a well presented dining room. The service is attentive without being over intrusive, and the presentation of the dishes is first class.We selected poppadums, a shared starter, and a vegetarian and salmon dish and we're pleased with the presentation and flavour of our dishes.In summary, the restaurant provides a fine indian dining experience at a reasonable price.

Ordered on line to collect a takeaway and now sitting in the restuarant. After 50 minutes, Iâm still waiting for it. Despite the food always tasting nice, this is the last time Iâll be visiting. The restuarant is not even half full and this isnât good service.

Iâm surprised at some of the reviews here. We have been dozens of times and the food has always been the best Indian food anywhere. The mixed sizzler is a great starter if you have an appetite! Then Iâd recommend the jalfriezi and the bhuna. Looking forward to our next visit.

Booked this for Saturday evening before we attended an event at The Queens Hall.First visit and we were really impressed. The service was brilliant and the menu was different to most Indian restaurants .The food was fresh, hot and very tasty.

Just returned from Crossed Khukris Gurkha Restaurant and we were blown away by not only the quality of the food but also the service. The food is really tasty and got that all the special home cooked feel. Loved the Icey ice cold Gurkha beer. Really impressed and we will be going back again tomorrow !

We ate here last night for the first time. I pass this restaurant every day and always considered it to be a run down place which possibly wasn't even open!! How very very wrong was I. Someone recommended it to my husband so we decided to give it a go. WOW. I am so glad we did. Inside is lovely, not cramped and very stylish. The menu is devine. Something for everyone. The presentation is elegant. A lot of thought has gone into the service. The food is faultless. By far the best Indian restaurant we have ever been to. This place was an absolute cracker. The main man serving table is the best host I think I've had in years, new his game and was very good at recommending dishes.All the staff were friendly and the food was so good.
