It was bustling when we arrived so thank goodness we booked a table in advance. Could not help though noticing how noisy it was. You could hear conversations and the minute they opened the kitchen door to serve meals it got even louder with the whoosh of the extractor fan. Having said all of that service was great and the food was really lovely. So good that we returned the following night. In a nutshell if you are looking for a romantic place to dine this is not for you. But if you're wanting good food and don't mind a noisy environment, it is definatly worth a visit.

Well worth a stop, well cooked food especially the mutton, nice friendly atmosphere. Bring your own alcohol. Only takes cash but handy cash machine nearby. Friendly staff very helpful if explanation of menu necessary. Lots of locals eating which is always a good sign.

Beaumaris is not exactly awash with restaurants despite attracting a large number of tourists and, as far as I could tell, Meghna is the only Indian restaurant.Despite the lack of competition, it provides good food, reasonably-priced and served with a friendly manner. We were staying in the town for four nights and came here on our first night. The menu is extensive and there is also a good choice of wines and beers. We were not disappointed and we were back again on our last night when, again, we were not disappointed. We would certainly have no hesitation in returning.

The popular family run eatery, with its attached hotel, has been an establishment in Bangor for the past 36 years. Alice (Head-Chef), Andrew and Alex cook up the magic in the kitchen, whilst Olivia and Sandra look after the restaurant diners. We use the b

We were back to the Sopna again for another lovely birthday meal this evening. Delicious food and great service as always. The chicken shaslik was a winner and the lime pickle and poppadoms were fabulous. The staff are very welcoming and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely recommend the Sopna.

Vegetarian. We came to Noodle One for our wedding anniversary and was partially impressed. For starters we had Spicy Crispy Tofu and Salt and Pepper Tofu which was quite a delight. From experience the tofu is very soft but it was slightly tougher which was nice to bite into. For the mains we had Sukiyaki which was not up to the standards I was expecting. It had a lot of soya sauce making the dish very salty overall. The portion was massive and therefore I was unable to finish off.My husband had Katsu Curry which he really enjoyed. The veg and tofu were tasty and the curry sauce was like the chippy curry sauce but the portion sizes were massive and therefore he was unable to polish off his plate. We tried the bubble drinks, mango and aloe Vera which took us back to Singapore. It was an absolute delight and we thoroughly enjoyed it (it was slightly on the sweet end).My only recommendation is to reduce the portion sizes which would reduce the wastage.

Supporting a vegan friend during a hiking trip to Bangor & Snowdonia. As a vegetarian from birth I loved it but don't appreciate the 'fake meat' foods as much as 'new' vegans. The variety and choice of food styles is great for those not sure of how to take a step into the vegan world. Our meals were of very generous portions and the tapas complimented them. The drinks were also good but there could have been more variety in the soft drinks.Definitely worth a return visit to try the rest of the menuMany thanks for taking the time to give us a lovely review

A group of 18 of us went hear for a curry night and it was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and more importantly the food was Unreal. As a group we had a wide variety of all of their curry's and there wasn't a bad thing we could say. We will be having another curry night in the near future and i could not think of a better place to go.
