Bistro Wasabi is a locally owned restaurant established in 2000. We're a unique blend of traditional sushi with Mexican, Korean, and French-inspired appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
Stopped in for a cocktail after dinner next door (El Cochino). Both restaurants were highly recommended but, when you need a taco, you need a taco.Sat at the bar and asked the (gorgeous) mixologist for a recommendation, "dirty Kettle martini with blue cheese stuffed olives" she said. Okay so, never heard of this cocktail but knew I was in good hands. Sandra, thank you for taking great care of us, for the fantastic martini and for putting up with our antics while you were trying to close. You are a true Gem (I should know, being TheGemHunter and all).. Next time I'll order dinner with my dirty cocktail..

For sure the best sushi place around. Our favorites: ocean drive, Mango Tuna and Boston Rolls for sure; and definitely try the Hawaiian roll. This is truly a hidden gem. Great people and service; awesome sushi chef. I will start eating here at least once a week.

This is always a fun place to go especially for special occasions. The hibachi tables are fun, food excellent, their sushi is pretty good too. Drinks are ok, price is ok, and you are left smelling slightly like your meal. But, it's worth it every once in a while!Make reservations or getting in can be difficult.

One of two family owned restaurants, we decided on coming to Chen Chinese Cuisine because this one was the closest to the house. It is located on the west side of Randall Rd., and is about two blocks north of Algonquin Rd. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is contemporary & decorated nicely and you'll know that it is Chinese. We were seated immediately for lunch. The staff was efficient. For an appetizer, we chose the bo bo platter which included spare ribs, crab Rangoon, fantail shrimp, spring egg roll and beef on sticks. It turned out to be a nice, tasty assortment. We also ordered sweet and sour pork. That also tasted good. The portions were ample and the prices are reasonable, especially for lunch.
Have had takeout from Yin & Yang's more than a few times. The food is always good, which is to be expected from a company around as long as this one. If you live in Algonquin and travel 31, this can be a go to place for quick Chinese food.

It is my understanding that this is under new management. We ordered take out food and our order was correct and very tasty! The only thing we noticed different is their portions are a tad smaller and our entrees were less juicy. Honestly though, it was very good and we will go back!I hope this was helpful!

Clean, well lit with plenty of parking. Difficult egress onto Algonquin Road.Pleasant, timely service.Very good Hot and Sour and Sizzling Rice soups. Standard dumplings. Excellent "Governor's Chicken " (nee General Tsos) paired with shrimp into "Dragon and Phoenix" Chef's Special entree.Disappointing Mooshu Pork. Had a vaguely bitter flavor.

I love going here at lunch time... their specials are so reasonable. They give you a yummy egg roll soup and tasty entree. The service is fast and itâs the best Chinese around. Gotta give this one a try. They have one waitress I think but she is a real superwoman she takes care of everyone and even was sweet enough to bring us folded paper birds!!

Fixed price, load your bowl and have the chefs do the rest. Good variety includes soup and salad or you can order off the menu. My wife is gluten free and they walked her through options and cleaned the area where they cooked her food. She did feel some minor cross contamination. The food for the rest of gluten people was pretty good. Loved the double mint gum served with the check!

6 of us dined at Woow tonight including our two grandsons. Complimentary Edamame was served for the table, hot and nicely salted...yum.The menu selections are extensive and include sushi, hibachi, Chinese and Thai selections. The sushi is WOW delicious and beautifully presented. Our entrees included orange chicken and peppersteak, both deliciously prepared... some of the best we have had.Prices are on the upper side of moderate. Service tonight was exceptional.
