Not the nicest place to drive by or look at but don't be deceived, the food is excellent. Run by older couple who know what they're doing. They have Thai, Chinese, and American dishes. I ordered the pad thai which I normally do at new places I don't know. It was fantastic. The spring rolls were good as well. This place is worth stopping by.

The young waitress was incredibly helpful and pleasant; customer service seemed important to her. The man who appeared to be the owner gave suggestions. I wasn't incredibly excited the first time because I didn't realize about the different sauce mixture profile posted above the sauce containers; after following the suggested mix of sauces, it tasted better. I'm not crazy about the white rice, just cold and blah with no sauce. I didn't really care for the meat; it was very tough. After worrying about the toppings falling off the spaghetti, I realized that I could put the toppings on the bottom of the bowl and noodles on top. I felt it was a little expensive.

Please note:This review is for the location in Spokane WA on Third Street. The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was how much the owners have improved the decor for the restaurant its former life as an Artic Circle (burger joint). The interior shows simple, Asian elegance and the small space is very well used. The food was excellent and fresh. The bento boxes are huge meals. Their tempura is the best I've had in the area. Unlike other places, their tempura is crispy and not greasy. Their tofu salad was yummy. My step daughter enjoyed her yakisoba. None of us care much for sushi; so we can't comment on the raw fish. Three of us ate: tea, full meals and a side salad for $45.00. I thought the prices were quite reasonable given the quantity and quality of the food. The husband speaks with a slight accent and the wife, at times, appeared to have a bit of a language barrier. However, the service was still attentive. They were very willing to please. We will definitely be back.
Noodle Express restaurants are a fast, casual, Asian concept that we started in 1992 and it has been an honor serving you for the past 25 years! We know food. And we know that the best food is made with fresh vegetables, lean meats, and sauces made daily
We've always been pleased with a stop at a Noodle Express in our travels. Although the food is not exactly authentic, it's very good, it's hot, and the portions are ample. This location was what we've come to expect - friendly service, good food, and clean interior.Thank you for your review Meanderman01. We are so happy to hear you found our service friendly, food good and interior clean. We will pass along your praise to our Noodle Express Airway Heights team.

When I was active duty on Fairchild, this was a quick, gringo lunchtime Asian corn starch festival. Back then, you could have cafeteria Chinese and be in and out in less than 40 minutes. It served it's purpose, was horrible, and was not worth reviewing. But years have gone by, and we've found out a new family is cooking here--and for the better. It's cleaner inside, and the fare is several notches above the previous rendition. Run by a nice husband/wife team, with him cooking and her taking care of the dining area. Everything we had was fresh made with great flavor. I may not make it a destination for Chinese for my family because of distance, but it's great for Airway Heights, and more affordable than the expensive casino Chinese down the road. But with convenient shopping in the area, I may find myself perusing their menu in the future...

I wasn't looking for Panda Express but it was fairly late and we needed something to eat at a place that was convenient to our location. The food was very good and the restaurant overall appeared to be very clean. This restaurant is kind of cafeteria style so there was no service as such but the staff was friendly and helpful. This restaurant is west of town but very convenient to the Fairchild AFB area. This visit caused me to add the Panda Express chain to my "list" of good, convenient and economical places to eat.

Slurp your way to happiness with specialty Vietnamese pho, plus Chinese noodle and wonton soups. Or sharpen your chopstick skills with plenty of stir-fry options. Then wash it all down with a special selection of sake and Asian beers to choose from.
I touched down at GEG, and wanted to have a bowl of noodles before leaving the area.A five minute drive took me to Northern Quest Casino in search for Fai's. Limited seating but huge servings.I sat at the counter watching the cook staff in non stop action preparing each order which also included quite a few take outs.Lots of variety and reasonable prices for their huge portions. Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese....etc.I had the vege pho with fried tofu.Dont remember the actual name but it sure was tasty.Definitely an eatery for a return visit anytime I need a meal before or after a flight into GEG (Spokane).

I love Korean food, especially the side dishes and most of all, Kalbi Ribs. I really wanted some so stopped in to House of Seoul in the early afternoon and ordered it off the dinner menu for $16! I had the dining room all to myself as the small dishes were brought in, followed by purple (!) rice and a huge, sizzling platter of Kalbi ribs. They were so hot I started in on the side and pickled dishes. The fish cakes were incredible. The Kimchee not too spicy. The pickled dishes were very delicious and the potato strings went well with the ribs. Oh, the ribs! So flavorful!! Yes, I was in heaven - everything I hoped for. Somehow, I was able to finish them off but it's a big enough serving to share. And the lunch serving is smaller, I'm told.House of Seoul is not my goto place for Kalbi ribs!

In the past 6 years, I've tried over 25 Thai restaurants from Coeur d'alene to Airway Heights, never finding anything close to somewhere I'd think about going back to a second time. Ah, that was BEFORE I finally found Sala Thai! My new quest now is to try everything on their menu as the red curry I had was the best I've ever eaten! The only thing that could make Sala Thai better is if they offered a duck curry. PS. In response to other reviews, my server was cheerful and helpful and food was delivered in a very timely manner.
