Pizza had cardboard crust; tomato salad was a few tomato wedges without any adornment, herbs or elaboration. The Trucha a Limon was an artlessly baked trout drowned in lemon juice. Service was attentive to the point of intrusiveness. Wouldn't waste your time or money.

We always enjoy eating at Patio Venzano. Great "Asado" and pastas. The interior patio is really lovely in the summer where you can watch your meat being grilled right there. Salads are always nice and fresh too!

There are no words to describe the asado they cook here, best quality of all the prices of meat, super friendly, quick, and extremely nice place, especially outside on a sunny and warm day of summer!!!Just go!

Great little craft beer pub just before entering El Bolsón. The blonde beer is quite good, and half the price of Bariloche pubs!Pizza was heaped with toppings and very tasty. We even picked up a puppy from the owners' dog's litter to take home!

In our way down on the unbelievable R40, we pass through El Bolson. After walk the very nice town, it was time for lunch. Then we pick this venture. Servers cordiality was the standard as in the whole Patagonia. The place was nice and clean, the food very good, homemade and in oversize portions.It is normal in Argentina, to order dishes to be share. Here you better stick to the rule. Everything in the Menu, (no too wide by the way, but the quality compensate it) is to be order without regret to be wrong, I say this not only because what we have tried, but for the dishes that we observer to pass by for the other patrons.The local Beers are amazing and wine is always good in the whole country. They have a wide selection of both. Is a place to be recommended.

Vale uma parada para conhecer se estiver passando pela região, o local é bastante rústico e pitoresco, com decoração que remete à história da região.Atenção: Pagamento apenas cash e em pesos argentinos, assim, não conseguimos provar a comida, já que estava quase sem pesos, só pude pedir 1 empanada e um sanduÃche.Atenção 2: Os banheiros ficam fora da casa, e são extremamente precários, este aliás, é um ponto que precisa de melhora urgente.

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. In fact, we ate here three times and found the food top quality each time. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is very Argentinian ( which encompasses various styles and cuisines reflecting the country's multi-cultural nature), with .meat dishes especially delicious. it helped make our visit to El Bolson special and would definitely recommend it.Our third visit was to say goodbye to Alfredo, who was unfortunately off duty. If you see this review - thanks, Alfredo, for your warmth and friendliness. Hope to see you again, sometime in the future.

Delicious menu. Same offerings as most restaurants in El Bolsón, but everything is cooked well and the pizza and burger menu is extensive with fresh ingredients.Strong, fast wifi. Great people watching- it's right on the main park. Quickish service with nice waiters. Reasonable prices. Patio is heated even when it's cold in the summer.Kitchen opens early and stays open late.We have been in El Bolsón for a week and have eaten here 3 times.

We went to the local ferria and asked for a dinner recommendation. A Gusto was it. As North Americans, we eat much earlier in the day and opted to come at opening (8 pm). Because we did that, we avoided the crowd. Otherwise, I recommend making reservations.We ordered a meat platter hat the menu said would feed 2 or 3 people. Well...that was an underestimate. We ended up having enough meat to feed us for 2 more meals the next day. And yes, it was delicious. Highly recommended!

We stopped here for lunch on the way to the border and stayed much longer than initially planned. Great food, a beautiful sitting-out area underneath the trees, friendly staff. Really nice. Good for parents with toddlers: there is a solid fence, so our kid could run around all he wanted while we had our food without us having to observe him too closely. Upon leaving we discovered that there even was a play area inside.
