Stopped for lunch while touring the area (Pioneertown and Joshua Nat'l Park). We were a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their lunch. The grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie taco and burritos were large, tasty, made from fresh organic ingredients and completely consumed. The kids loved their grass fed beef burgers as well. Service was a bit slow but the place was extremely busy. Definitely give it a try.

We visited this branch of Applebee's after a fantastic day touring Joshua Tree National Park. The staff were very welcoming and quickly seated us in a booth. We were impressed with the variety of food and drinks on the menu and both ordered burgers, mine being the American Classic. I can honestly say it was the best burger I ever tasted, flame grilled to perfection! The fries were great too, which had been cooked in their skins - I rarely finish all the fries, but I did here! Followed up by a tasty Oreo milkshake and a cold beer it was overall a lovely meal.We would love to eat there again if we're lucky enough to visit the area in future!

All of Dickey's signature meats are smoked overnight, every night in every Dickey's location. Our home-style sides are all family recipes passed down through generations and served to our customers every day. Taste why Dickey's Barbecue has been the world
On our way to Palm Springs from Vegas. Stopped here. Best decision. Pulled pork, asked beans , cole slaw. Kielbasa. And corn bread. I could live here. Great meal to start our Holiday. Bravo.

Sizzler is home to U.S.D.A Choice hand-cut steaks, seafood, including fresh, sustainable Salmon, all complimented by our Unlimited Craft Salad Bar.
My first time at a Sizzler and very impressed. Had great broccoli soup and salad bar with so many things to choose from, besides just salad. Enjoyed it thoroughly as did my family. The staff was attentive and helpful. Prices were reasonable.Thank you for sharing your experience, Roseanne! We are very pleased to hear you were so impressed on your very first visit to us here at our 29 Palms Highway location. We would love to host your family again sometime soon. - Your Local Yucca Valley Sizzler Team

Came here recently on our way home after camping at Joshua Tree National Park for a few nights. We were craving burgers and didn't really feel like going to the typical touristy places and we're glad we stopped by here. The place itself is a cute little cafe, the decor is funky and the service was great. We ordered the Patty Melt and the Old West. The meat was a little more well done than we were used but definitely fulfilled our craving! Will definitely stop by here again when in town. Also, there are a few bathrooms outside.

Perfect eggs over easy, delicious sausage links, crispy bacon, nice biscuit with gravy. Amiable and attentive waiter. Bright clean interior. A very well rounded Happy Days experience. If this place was closer to the center of town, it would be jam-packed, so take advantage of the smaller crowds.

My wife and I shared lunch recently at this small Pizza Factory. The service was friendly and attentive, Cassie answered several questions and provided top notch service. Mrs. had an eggplant sandwich and I enjoyed a personal Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza. Wife's sandwich was very tasty and filled her right up. My perfect pizza would have a few more pepperonis/mushrooms on it along with about 50% more sauce. I would also ask to have the toppings and sauce spread to the edges. The pizza was very tasty but I prefer to taste the tomato/basil flavor of the sauce. I will definitely return, prepared to order just a tad more sauce and I am sure I will be completely satisfied. Overall I can recommend 2 Guys Pies as a pizza I would go and enjoy again.

We had the mahi mahi and the chicken fried steak for dinner on a Saturday night. Two completely different dishes but both homemade and delicious. The price is low and it includes a salad or soup with side and a dessert. We will be back!!

New American restaurant serving fresh, inspired food in Flamingo Heights, a neighborhood of the Hi Desert located near Pioneertown and Joshua Tree.
La Copine is a bit of drive from Palm Springs or Desert Hot Springs. Somewhat out in the middle of nowhere. But definitely worth the trip. The meals are original, eclectic and delicious. A very vegetarian and vegan friendly place. Be warned, as we were, that they have strange hours, 2 PM to 7 PM, and do not take reservations. We arrived well before 2 PM to put our name on the list. Good thing we did. When they opened at 2 PM the wait was quite long. It is not a very big place. But if you are not in a hurry, they serve wine and beer on the porch while you wait. The staff is very friendly. Somewhat pricey, but you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to returning.
