This would be good if the local clients had manners and did not let kids plunge dirty little hands into the food bins. Hey yes Iâm talking to you and yes you too.....this used to be good place for dinner or lunch but now over run with over weight people trying to eat more than they paid for. Relax no reason to cut in line there more where that came from chubby.I can get crowded at times and the food bars isnât taken care of as it should be and items quickly are depleted by the locals ( oh yes you can tell they were locals) and the poor wait staff is overwhelmed most of the time.Go before the rush but not after food often isnât replenished after the rush.
The Master's Table catered a wedding (of approximately 200 guests) I recently attended. The staff was very professional and the food was very good. Chicken fingers, roast beef and my personal favorite-pork tenderloin were all offered as main dishes. The sides were broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, salad, fruit, and green beans. All were excellent. From a guest's standpoint I would recommend this company for catering.

Took my kids here early New Years Eve. Staff was very scarce, and VERY slow. Could have been due to the holiday, not sure....We waited almost 45 minutes for appetizers, and even longer for our meal. Once we got our food, it was good. I think our server was new, so that could have contributed as well. Will possibly give them another try if I am in that part of town again.

Neighborhood Grill & Bar
Meeting friends for dinner in Winder....looks messy in the bar area when first walked in.Our waitress, Natalie was great....we enjoyed our food. Not a fancy place, but attracts a crowd. It's a pub, sports bar...parking in back! Hard for the healthy conscious guest!

Have to agree with those who are saying they are disappointed, and also with those who liked it, depends on what your experience is with real Southern cooking. This ain't it, but it is a quickie version of it. The chicken tenders are pretty good, not fabulous. The Salisbury steak is no doubt right out of the aluminum pan they came in, but good taste. Meat loaf OK, the salmon croquettes were pretty good. Veggies all right out of a freezer bag, no flavoring (ham bone, white bacon, nada). Biscuits were large and good. Gravy no doubt a mix but pretty good, White and Brown. People like the Banana pudding, I don't do the sweets. In a big old antebellum style house, but the interior is plain and seats hard. Not enough staff and yes the water from the tap tastes like mildew so don't bother. Probably the ice machine needs cleaning out. My wife could get little to eat since she is gluten intolerant. They fried up a tasteless pork chop for her and brought a tiny very sad little salad out. I had to take her somewhere else later for a bite. You will either love it or hate it. The Northerners with me loved it and it was OK on the order of a low rent version of Ryan's but real Southerners will be only mildly amused if they had a mother like mine!

The food was good. The Fried Green Tomatoes was the best. Waitress was alittle slow, not busy. They only sale Beer and Wine and the price was alittle expensive for that. Would go back.

Bistro continues to attract inquisitive diners. Diners that seek the different, the unusual, the extraordinary. Bistro Off Broad offers all the above. But we return not seeking the descriptions above, but something else. When you enter from the side-street entrance, you're whisked to another era - an era of speakeasy casual, yet private entrance sophistication. Try for yourself, the food. Feel for yourself the ambiance. And enjoy it. All of it.

Just had another really good lunch today. If you haven't tried this spot, you should if you enjoy ribs, BBQ or wings, it is really good. I had a simple BBQ Pork sandwich and crinkle cut fries today. The sandwich could have fed two people, it was huge and piled high. My wife loved the 3 Bone Rib Basket, with one side item, today it was coleslaw. Full service, sit, order and enjoy. Good food with reasonable prices.
