Generations of photographs...generations of family owned business. Something we are seeing less and less of in Wilson and the rest of the US.If you're sick of chain restaurants as I am...get out and support the great local family restaurants still open in Wilson. Great burgers and dogs too!!!

SoCo Farm and Food offers adventurous updates on comforting classic dishes as well as bed and breakfast lodging on a working, Wilson NC horse farm. Dinner by Reservation only.
This restaurant makes me wonder if I'm really in Eastern NC. The food and menu is extremely inventive, and usually excellent. Every now and then I don't care for a particular dish, but considering I've been over a dozen times that's bound to happen. The wine pairings are always on point. It's really an amazing dining experience with fresh, inventive, delicious food and amazing wine pairings. Great for groups, or date night. We've also done the chef's table with a large party and it's a lot of fun! Definitely recommend this restaurant, you must try it!

Always good...and wide range of items on the menu.I hear time to time Jac's is expensive... Jac's is actually less expensive and better than the "chain restaurants" here in town. Plus Jac's has great service.Only suggestions I'd make...Bring your light and glasses... They like to keep the lights down to create a mood.

Have made this a regular, for the food and service; our group tonight had Scallops, Salmon, Shrimp and grits, and Mahi, all excellent! Our waitress was Jacqueline, who was totally outstanding. Outstanding and attentive, she anticipated our every need. I should mention that all of the Waite staff here is excellent but she takes service to the next level. We had a wonderful evening.

Im surprised the NAAcp has not made them change their name... This CB just off I-95 has mostly transient people...but. Sometimes us locals go there...Over the years the food quality has gone down and the prices have gone way up... I think a cup of coffee was $2.39 .... Breakfast for (2) adults ended up about $25 plus tip...no juice no milk just eggs and coffe...And the food not much better than McDonald's.

Best biscuits in town...just wish she'd move out of the ghetto!!!Wilson about 75% ghetto I know, but open up around Harris Teeter or by the newest Food Lion towards the lake...Love her food...Hate her customers...going through drive up and windows wont roll down..And everyone of these Cubs asks "how much bees it".All these monkeys walking from these hoodie holes...I carry, but ain't got enough bullets for this part of town!!!

Went with a group of co-workers for dinner on a Tuesday evening, had a good time. Good beverage selection, varied menu with something for everyone.Server was attentive without being intrusive, quick with refills and accurate with everyone's order.

This is a few miles off I-95 on US 301. Itâs worth the detour. A family owned business thatâs been in this location for years it is a locals favorite. Iâve stopped here whenever in the area. The main entrance faces the street. The entrance around the right side is for take out. Today was takeout. I ordered an 8-piece fried chicken, two pints of barbecue, hush puppies and two pints of coke slaw. There fried chicken is as good as anywhere and better than most. But what I really prize is their barbecue which is as good as any I have had and my wife loves the cole slaw because it doesnât have mayo. It was four hours to home but worth the wait. My wife opted for chicken (three pieces) and Cole slaw. I made a bbq sandwich on a potato role with some slaw. May have been one of the highlights of our day. Later my daughter had a bbq sandwich and she also enjoyed it. Canât wait for dinner tonight.

They opened and it was all you could do eat the "special" cheese burger & fries & drink...Over the past 6 months its gotten hard to find the burger...In the cheeseburgers...Shame too...I liked that place. Maybe more people stop going there..they go back to giving you your money's worth....

If you are a connoisseur of red meat this is a must eat do not miss this place. They only serve ribeye and that is fine by me, snce it's one of the most amazing ribeye steaks you will ever consume. You tell them how many ounces you want how you want it cooked and other than the drink that's the only decision you need to makeAs many have said there is not much seating 10 or 12 tables at best come prepared to tailgate or wait in your car it is well worth the wait.
