Fried Chix is cooked fresh to order. Juicy, tender and seasoned nice. Takes about 20-25 min. You can order ahead So it will be ready when you get there. Very good portions. Mashed potatoes were made from scratch and the gravy is rich and buttery tasting. Loved them. Jo Joâs are not frozen but fresh sliced thick and cooked to perfection. Not greasy skinned and fluffy potato inside. Most everyone there ordered crab rangoon which looked excellent but I was too stuffed to indulge. Next time. Good, very satisfying eats.

While staying at Great Wolf lodge we found this little gem after reading reviews on Trip advisor. From the minute we entered the service was outstanding, unfortunately i didnât get the waitresses name but she has dark hair and a thick Boston accent, The menu is quite extensive from multiple types of eggs Benedict, omelettes and pancakes, whats nice is the range of fillings for the pancakes of which everything is made from scratch. They also make all their own muffins and breads in house which really sets this place apart from the rest. My wife noticed the cornmeal muffins that just came out of the oven....they were bigger than a softball! This place is a no brainer from breakfast with a huge meal for 4 coming in at just over $30. We are here for one more day so we will be returning for breakfast tomorrow. A small bonus the parking behind the diner is located on a beautiful little creek with sun poking through the trees....a nice place to take photos. I give this place a serious two thumbs up!

Service friendly but slow at 45 minutes from sit to served. Quality of ordered meals was good, we avoided the buffet after our preview showed it to be limited and unappetizing. Prices were high as expected in a resort setting. Convenience is why youâd choose this option.

Here at Williams Restaurant, we provide an "at home" atmosphere with professional and friendly staff and simple yet elegant food at affordable prices.
Absolutely worst dinning experience I have ever had this evening. My family has frequented this establishment in the past. It has always been decent, but but not great. Not even a decent value. But since it was close we always kept trying. Back to tonight... After one and a half hours we had not been served our food. We had seen groups come and go and still not be served or entree. The waitress was good and let us know there had been some issue with our order. But after that long we asked the manager what they issue was with our order. All she could say was that mistakes happen. Completely unacceptable!!! The way she acted, this is a common occurrence. Don't let this happen to you!! Stay away!!!Last night we had a very busy night operating from two dining rooms and a 30 minute wait on top of that. From when you ordered your food it took an hour for it to be delivered. We reviewed the situation on the cameras. Your food order was placed at 5:20 and ready at 6:20. In the last two years I cannot think of one instance an order has taken this long. The waitress was a bit overwhelmed and on top of that there was a bit of confusion in the kitchen. We take full responsibility and for that we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately we are human and mistakes do happen. What we are not sorry for is the fact that a customer would repeatedly swear in front of families and children and also to our staff which eventually brought one of them to tears. Our floor manager tried to make things right and comp your bill but before she could she was received by very profound language. But you guys had walked out on your $94 bill anyways. I can understand you not paying for your food but we do not appreciate walking out on a $50 bar tab. Again we apologize for the long wait and take full responsibility but we do not condone this type of behavior in our restaurant.

Stopped there just after 9 pm with friends recognizing menu may be restricted. After 9 pm it is a much smaller menu, but still same choices for beer and other drinks. Liked the ambience. This place has live music during the weekends. Lots of character here. We each ordered different dishes and the food was OK. Our server was excellent. Friendly, personable, efficient and informative. Very casual and prices reflect the ambience.

Sat on the porch. Not a lot of charm near parking lot but it is quiet and weather lovely. Preferred it to bar atmosphere inside.Short-rib sandwich was outstanding served with horseradish pickles on the side. Best Iâve ever had. All around very gourmet. Our waitress was terrific and the service excellent. I didnât have high expectations but I left wanting to return soon.

A local favorite with the freshest seafood including our new seafood tower. Come on down today to try the tower, or some of our amazing dishes. The baked haddock and garlicky spinach are always a hit. Mondays are gluten free/friendly with 50 cent shrimp.
If you know fresh seafood, and if it matters to you, then make a trip to The Angler. Some people will complain that it is pricey, and if you compare it to the long-standing establishment in the next town (locals will know who that is), then yes, it is. So if less expensive seafood that has been on ice in the hold of a boat for a couple of weeks is okay with you, fine. But if you want fish that is incredibly fresh, go to The Angler. Everything is amazing. Just bought 2 Norwegian salmon steaks that were shipped in today to grill. Incredible. Bluefish are in; grilled that a few days ago. Mahi-Mahi a couple of days earlier. Two weeks ago, my wife went in to buy salmon, and Tracy (the amazing owner) told her that she had fresh sea bass that was swimming in Florida yesterday and flown in this morning. We grilled that instead. 3 types of oysters ($1 each on Sundays and Wednesdays). And tonight's special was a 2-lobster (1 & 1/4 pounds) dinner for $20. You can't find a $10 lobster dinner anywhere in New England. You will not eat better anywhere.Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad that you enjoy our premium seafood that isnât always available at other establishments. We are thrilled that you appreciate The Angler and Chef Tracy looks forward to cooking for you again and again!

This place was founded in 1761. Back then I am sure it was a mill. Today it is a very quaint restaurant. There is a pub downstairs and a gift shop. The main floor has a very large restaurant with many rooms. The pot roast was some of the best I have ever had. The chicken pot pie had a very nice homemade crust. The onion soup was very nice. Enjoy the grounds, they are very relaxing.
