This restaurant was the closest to our hotel, so we ended up here on a cold, rainy night. We sat at a booth in the bar. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. She answered all of our questions about the menu. She provided drink refills. We were there during a time when they had "specials" on appetizers. We ordered $3 fried pickles and $4 cheese fries (1/2 order). The pickles were good, but I would have preferred spears (just a personal preference). The cheese fries came in a tiny little skillet that actually made us laugh. The serving size was sad. We literally had probably 3 bites each? I ordered the bacon and cheese quesadillas with chicken added. It was good, not great. There was sour cream in the middle and a spicy dipping sauce. Hubby ordered the Old Timer burger with fries. He didn't have any complaints. We enjoyed our meal as we ate it. Afterwards, we both ended up with a "bad taste" in our mouths and had a major cause of heartburn. This was our 1st visit to a Chili's in many, many years. But we both had the same aftertaste and heartburn in the past. This was another chance, but sadly, Chili's has failed us AGAIN. I'm still giving 4 stars because the service was good, food was good (at the time), and restaurant was clean.

Whale Tale Pale Ale- Nantucket Brewery(?)- very goodNew England Clam Chowder-quite hardy, very good. We prefer Manhattan clam chowder but this was very good....nicely chocked with clamsSesame tuna with seaweed, lettuce and tomato with fresh ginger and wasabi on the side -excellent. 2 sides chosen were French fries and cole slaw-both good- pickle, tooLobster Roll - generous chunks of lobster-yummy. Donât bother with the roll. Sides were sweet potato fries and come slaw-also good.Server was efficient.Yes, we would stop here again!

On a beautiful summer's night, my wife and I and another couple decided to go for drinks and appetizers at the Sunset Tiki Bar. None of us have been there before. But have heard it's worth the trip to experience the vacation atmosphere. At the entrance you're ID is checked, regardless of your age, and you get a bracelet indicating you are of drinking age. Now the island experience begins to unfold as you find a table in the sand next to the small pond on site. Two Tiki bars are on site one large and a smaller bar off to the right of the bandstand. The beach at the pond is busy with youngsters enjoying the water and having fun while the on duty lifeguard surveys the area keeping a watchful eye on the swimmers. We were fortunate to find a table for four as tables were filling up with the after work crowd coming to enjoy the nightlife on a busy Thursday night. After getting settled and a quick review of the menu for drinks & apps we ordered wings and cocktails. Only a few minutes passed when we sighted neighbors walking thru the sand looking for a table. We caught their attention but there were no chairs available for them you join our table. We found a high top table for six in front of the smaller Tiki bar and sat to enjoy the evening. We shared our wings and enjoyed cocktails as we got caught up with our neighbors. In the background there was a single performer roaming the beach area taking recommendations and entertaining the crowd with popular songs from the 60's, 70's & 80's. Nice " beach boys" touch added to the island atmosphere. It was hard to realize we were in Westford, MA. and not on a Caribbean island somewhere off the Atlantic coast. After another round of drinks we ordered nachos and a large pizza. The conversation continued as the songs kept coming and the crowd filed in. The area under one large tent with picnic tables was filling up. Families with smaller kids were enjoying the atmosphere and having a wonderful time away from home only a few miles away from reality. The nachos arrived first. A huge portion, worthy of the price. The six of us would have plenty to munch on while continuing to enjoy cocktails. The pizza arrived a few minutes after the nachos. It too was huge and expensive for a large pizza. But nobody was complaining. Both the nachos and pizza tasted good. The prefect combination of apps on a summer's night on an island 5 miles from home. The late night entertainment had arrived and spent a good hour to set up. The first song got off about 8:30. A half hour after what we expected. We stayed for a few songs and finished off most of the pizza and nachos. Overall we were in agreement it was a fun night. The island feel was worth the expense. We enjoyed it and will probably return to get away on a mini vacation on another summer's night before the season ends. You must try the Sunset Tiki Bar. Bring your credit card and don't be surprised with the price for cocktails and food. You must remember. You are on vacation on an island somewhere in the Caribbean.

Hubby and I ate here last night since it was close to our hotel and we assumed it was a "safe" option. We both ended up SICK afterwards. Sadly, we will not be returning to a 99 restaurant for the duration of our stay!To start, the popcorn that was brought to us seemed very stale. It was not fresh as we have had at other 99's.I ordered a fried pickle BBQ burger with fries. In hindsight, I should have asked for the BBQ on the side. I did NOT like the taste of the BBQ sauce (it was described as their own special Apple BBQ sauce). It was smothered all over everything. So I couldn't get away from it. The fried pickles on the burger would have been good BUT they were tainted with the sauce. It was honestly so bad that my husband could smell it from where he was sitting and it was very offensive to him. He normally doesn't react that way to any food!Hubby ordered fish and chips. I tried his fish and thought it was good. It was freshly battered. It was also a large portion. The taste was fine, but it was how it hit us later that was the issue. Our waitress never came back around to check on us or offer us refills. We both ran out of our drinks. I never had a chance to tell her I didn't like the sauce. Unfortunately, we could see her checking on other tables but she kept passing us up. I have no idea why. She had plenty of time to stand and talk to the other booths. Maybe she knew them? One other thing - I wore a brand new outfit last night. When I sat down in the booth, I immediately realized it wasn't clean. My pants were STUCK to the seat. I reached down with my hand and was amazed at how sticky and nasty the seat was. So I had to get up (not easy), peel my pants away from the seat, and move over beside my hubby. We had to go straight back to the hotel after we ate. My pants still have this sticky stuff all over them. I watched the lady cleaning booths around us. She wiped the tables, but I never saw her check the seats. We wouldn't return here....especially after being up sick most of the night. Hello - This is the 99 Restaurantsâ Guest Relations Department. What a delight served up by the lovely Jenelle! A warm welcome, and service above and beyond. The curry was decadent, the veggie burger creative, and fish and chip perfection! Wing starters continue to deliver, and the superior mixology made for some enticing libations! Jenelles generosity created more Birthday magic, excellent experience!

We were staying in Westford and chose Bixbite for breakfast as a choice that met the desires of the whole party. You can get a full breakfast or something light. The menu is fairly extensive, the food good and the prices moderate. Service was better than average and the atmosphere is nicer than a diner.

As someone with celiac disease, I pretty much assume most breakfast places wonât accommodate my dietary restrictions. Was pleasantly surprised when I ordered an omelette and they offered me gluten free toast. And the waitress was knowledgeable and warned me not to have the home fries as the seasoning has gluten. Very good meal, didnât get sick from cross contamination.

Your local British pub with an American address!
It was Mother's Day at about 4:30, the Bruins game had just started, and I took a seat at the bar. Restaurant was half full. Started with an unsweetened Iced Tea, it tasted like chemicals and my bartendress cheerfully replaced it with diet pepsi. I ordered the taco burger (chili burger) with the fries crispy. The knife and fork were visibly dirty and the knife handle stickiness would not wipe off with a napkin. The knife was replaced with a clean one. I would guess the cutlery is packed too close together in the washing machine so the soap and water don't get in between them. That kind of stupidity could make someone very sick. It only takes a few minutes to train workers to do this correctly. Food was delivered a little slow, but not bad for mother's day. The burger patty was ample but dull, the chili looked and tasted like canned. but worst of all the chili was room temperature, making the whole sandwich unappealing. The fries were pale, soft, and also on the cool side. I had complained twice already. The young lady tending bar seemed to have had her patience drained by hearing complaints all day. I felt sorry fore her, having to make excuses and listen to complaints about the kitchen output all day. I did not raise any issues about the food. After two bites, I paid and left, never to return. $18 down the drain plus 45 minutes wasted. BBC - what do you think those letters stand for?

Priced at the high end for suburban dining. Good atmosphere and service. Creative menu with nothing but great things to choose from. Can get a little noisy in there but that is nothing unusual for an American restaurant these days.

This is a popular local spot perfect for tourists, too (Concord is a big tourist town). Looks and feels like a hip diner, but the food, esp breakfast, is anything but.
Helen's in the heart of Concord, Massachusetts has a breakfast menu that reminds you of what good hometown diners used to serve. The food is very good, comes quickly and is served with sincere friendliness. Be sure to visit the ATM before coming to Helen's as they only accept cash! We were there for breakfast so we didn't get to try one of the many flavors of ice cream that Helen's serves up, but we were tempted.
