The art of cuisine is as much a part of Anguilla as its beautiful beaches, and restaurants are somewhat competitive on the island. Nearly every type of cuisine can be found here and the atmospheres vary from sand floored grills to elegant venues that riva
This review is for the beach bar, which uses the same kitchen as The Old Caribe. The staff are a little surly first thing in the morning but soon warm with a little respect, a smile and a good morning. We spent several days at Rendezvous Bay and the Anguilla Great House was our base. They charge $10 for two chairs for the day. We normally started a tab first thing in the morning with incredible rum punches for only $9. My wife liked the Bloody Mary with their local hot sauce to spice it up. There is lots of shade at the beach with the many palm trees. Seems to be the thing for boats to pull up and pasty white tourists to drink the coconut water from all the coconuts around. The prime shady spots are normally gone by noon so get there by 11:30 at the latest. The food is inexpensive ($12 for a burger and fries). It's a typical burger. It fills a void and soaks up all the alcohol . A day at the beach will cost you with lunch and beers for two $70 US. A special thank you to Jodi and Chelsea ... I left my mug my mistake ... enjoy.

We've been enjoying The Ferryboat for years. It is such a charming local spot. First visit was in early 90's. Food is always delicious & staff is wonderful. We have enjoyed many cheeseburgers & as well as delicious fish dishes & the soups are also very good. In addition Christian makes a GREAT rum punch. Can't wait to return. :-)

Had an okay lunch with friends at The Place, itâs a great atmosphere on the beach great service in a timely manner food tasted good but my chicken and ribs were a bit dry. Other than that itâs was really nice and relaxing. Iâll give it a try again!

Roy's is family owned and operated serving good food and good fun for over 30 years! Roy's is a quiet family restaurant located on the tranquil island of Anguilla in the British West Indies. We pride ourselves on the food we serve and the service we provi
We actually went to Royâs twice in the same week. We had burgers the first night, which were huge and very good. We returned later in the week on Anguilla Day and tried the lobster pasta dish and the fish & chips made with snapper. Both were excellent and the service was very attentive. I will return to Royâs when I visit Anguilla. Thanks for joining us! Weâre happy you enjoyed your visits with us and look forward to welcoming you back!

Our family of four ate here for dinner, and overall, it was good.Food - everyone was very satisfied with our food. My wife ordered a taco salad, my son had a chicken burrito, my daughter had a fish taco and I had a jerk chicken burrito bowl. Specifically my bowl seemed small but the taste was good.Service - we were greeted immediately by the owner and two servers and taken very well care of until the owner left the property. Once he left, so did our servers! We were interested in getting another drink and dessert, but we think they were hanging out in the kitchen since the owner was gone. Very frustrating - eventually I had to ask another server for our bill and we left.Drinks - the drinks were excellent and well made. My suggestion - accept this place for what it is - a bar that serves great drinks, a fun location to be at with friends that also serves food. It would have been a better experience if not for the disappearing servers.

Sandbar is located on the beach in Sandy Ground, one of the most charming fishing villages in the Caribbean and the "sea and sand" theme of the bar envelopes you as you enter. Lots of natural light, unobstructed views of Road Bay with its myriad boats at
We always try to make a SandBar visit when on the island. The food was as good as, or even better, than in the past (although plates are now $10 - $15+) - - we tried 6-8 and enjoyed all of them. Drink prices somewhat reasonable. Great frozen rum punch. Service was terrific. Great location and atmosphere (go at sunset). And the owners are very cordial and friendly.

We had read their book years ago and always wanted to visit. Its SUPER cool that they take their staff on a trip every year!! Our waitress Tangeria (sp?) was AWESOME! Super fun. Food was delicious. You must have dessert. Atmosphere was lovely. Only complaint - lots of small plates and not a lot of entrees on the menu.
