The Max is a sports bar so expect noise, crowds, and sometimes sticky floors. That being said we love going here, and we go here often with our small children ( 1 year and 5 years.) The food is good and we'll priced. They serve the typical burgers and fries but I highly recommend trying out the New York strip. Probably the best tasting strip steak I've ever had from a restaurant. The hubs is fond of their pepper jack cheese balls and wings. 50 cent wing night means you can try all the many flavors! (And we have- they're all delicious)We've also come here on the few nights we (rarely) go out anymore. The drinks are also reasonably priced and they always have good specials. Only downside for us is that it turns into a college kid haven after 10 and can get pretty crowded. A few years ago I loved it and always had a great time meeting new people. Now in my advanced years I prefer a more relaxed vibe.
I usually don't want to be bothered going out for dinner when I'm visiting family in the Wayne area. What a GREAT surprise to find this new gem of a restaurant. The food was fabulous! I had the grilled Tiger Shrimp marinated in garlic. 8 huge shrimp served with fried herb risotto that was yummy. Husband enjoyed the chili. 91 year old mom totally pigged out on the prime rib. Small, but decent wine list -- not over priced. Food arrived quickly. Lovely view of the golf course. Wait staff is young & energetic but still learning... ie; the difference between steamed & sauteed vegetables, wine should be uncorked @ the table. Not a place for young children. Recommend going early as the young crowd dines later, as it got full on a Friday night by 7pm. They do take reservations.Next time I'm in that area, will for sure go again.

I've ate at Geno's twice in the last year. Once off the menu and once off the buffet. A great family steak house that will never disappoint. My recommendation is the onion rings. I don't think there are any better in Northeast Nebraska!
Tacos & More has been a favorite for years...Mexican food is the staple..but they also have sandwiches and wraps, salads, and baked goods. The food is tasty...some entree have smaller portions available...so it turns out to be a decent value for the money.
