It is located on 27th St in University Place. It has a local home town feeling with regulars like many small tavern's use to be. They have Karaoke one or two nights a week.

Close to the U of Puget Sound campus, Red Hot is a fun place to stop in for a beer and hot dog -- and to try all their amazing varieties of both.It has a comfortable tavern feel -- the many booths are cozy. The vegan and veggie options make it great for selective eaters. We enjoyed the Tacoma Dog, North End Dog, and the Hound Dog (yes, peanut butter and bacon!).

Currently moving to Freighthouse Station, Hoping to be open mid March or so, will update asap with dates and times :)
Everything was amazing. Salmon chowder was absolutely wonderful. My daughter had a half of the Ruben, and loved it so much that she ordered another half. Meat was lean, rye bread had so much flavor. French dip was also delicious. Tried the Orange spice tea (from the abundant tea closet selection) and couldnât stop drinking it. Finished off lunch with a slice of heavenly apple pie. One of our best meals ever. We feel so lucky to have found this place.

The Pine Cone Cafe is the place to go in University Place, WA, for classic comfort food. Enjoy lunch and dinner selections as well as breakfast served all day. We are a great place for families and groups of any size. Dine in or take out, our large menu h
Went here because of the listing on the Mileage Plus Dining emails. Went for a late breakfast. Seems to be a very popular place. We weren't overly impressed. Service was good but food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. Probably won't be returning.

Based on a recommendation from a mutual friend, we tried this restaurant. It was also reviewed in Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. The food was excellent. I had the Twisted Reuben and it was delicious. They do offer gluten free buns for $2.00 more. There is no parking lot, so finding a spot on the street can be a little tricky. There are plenty of side streets nearby to park on.

This place with excellent views of the Sound and the Tacoma Narrows is a nice spot to chill, particularly on a warm, sunny day. Unfortunately even on a weekday we arrived for lunch at 1:30 and it was a 20 minute wait for a table outside. Go earlier (or later) if yo can. We were too hungry to wait. The different fish and chip or fish and seafood chip combos were delicious and filling, a cut above most of the ones in the vicinity. The service was a little perfunctory, but maybe understandable considering how busy it was. Prices average+.

I made a reservation we had a seat with a 180 degree view of the club and the Puget Sound which elevated the whole experience. The food was what you'd expect to get from any moderately priced breakfast restaurant...meaning it was good. The service was prompt, but something got mixed up and my arugula ended up in my husband's food. Not a big deal by any mean, but I would be careful when asking for an adjustment to a dish.

I frequently eat lunch at the deli in Harbor Greens. The menu consists primarily of soup and sandwiches. They serve a wide variety of hot soups which are consistently excellent. The sandwich menu is extensive and the sandwiches are all excellent, and enormous. Pizza is also available by the slice. A variety of beers is also available. The expert staff is friendly, helpful and eager to serve.

Table 47 is rooted in the foods, farms, and flavors of the South Sound and beyond. Delight in creative and traditional dishes like our Brown Sugar Bourbon meatloaf, Red Chili Empanadas and the Moroccan Vegetables. Chef Doug and his culinary team have work
I enjoyed my first visit to Table 47 for a business meeting. The ambience and sound levels were conducive to conversation. The delicious, locally-sourced dishes and ingredients fit the purpose of our meeting perfectly which was about environmentally sustainable business models. The Parallel Burger is a tasty blend of natural beef and mushrooms that produces a more juicy and flavorful patty, while reducing the consumption of beef (better for fighting climate change). I personally enjoyed Maryâs Pot Pie which was savory with a memorable pastry topping. The meat loaf was epic. Highly recommend this place.
