Our new Executive Chef, Evan Perkins, has created a menu that will remind you of the Wild West. With steaks, chicken and award winning ribs, we have something to satisfy any taste buds. Our selection of Mexican dishes have an authentic feel with recipes p
We came to the cowboy ranch because of the good reviews, but sadly were disappointed. The restaurant is a classic cowboy-western style location, with wooden panel and decorated with pots and rifles and horseshoes. We arrived at 7 pm and there were only a few diners seated in the room. I immediately noticed that the menu is way different from the ones I sawed here on TA, so they must have either changed the management or something, because now there are fewer items to choose from. Despite being among the first to arrive, we were only served our food 40 minutes later. I donât know if they got stuck with a large party before us who ordered some t-bones, but it really took forever, also, when our food came, it was cold. My enchiladas tastes bad, the beef was hard and cheese cold and chewy. My husband had a burger and his fries were also cold. I mean, cold fries are really barely eatable. We waited 40 minutes to get cold food. I hope it was just a bad night, our waiter was very nice and welcoming, but she could only do so much.

This place is seasonally closed. It will reopen on June 2019.
Pleasant enough place but the service was slow and disorganised. Young serving staff seemed more interested in selecting songs to stream over the Bluetooth speakers than serving people so it took a long time to get a couple of coffees and muffins. Food and drinks were good though and the pizzas looked good. Quite cramped inside. Wouldnât go back unless they got proper management.

Seasonal - Bryce Canyon Lodge is open April 1 - October 31.
The Lodge at Bryce Canyon restaurant has a nice lunch buffet with a fresh salad bar, several entrees and vegetables and a dessert. The food was fresh and delicious and a perfect meal after our trail ride Canyon Trail rides that can be booked in the lobby of the lodge

Not sure what folks were whining about on previous ratings. We liked it. Simple, not upscale. If you want upscale, go to Vegas. You're out in park country. The restaurant is good and fun, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the trees are gorgeous. Lots of places to just sit and CHILL.

My wife had a Mushroom swiss burger which she noted was tasteless. The huge order of fries were wonderful, however. She also had a caesar side salad that was decent. I had the taco salad which was good, but unusual. A big shell with little meat sauce in the bottom, but then loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cukes.

Great western atmosphere with live singer. She was a bit too loud for conversation though. Good food, some with special bbq sauce. Appetizers were really good. Deserts were huge and delicious!

We enjoyed our pizza. We had the supreme. It was very large and tasty. Lettuce Salads were fresh and good. Nice selection of beverages. Clean, family atmosphere. The location is right next to Bryce Canyon Inn, where we stayed. We walked. I recommend. Reasonably priced.

Open from 5 PM to 9 PM for Dinner UNTIL OCTOBER 31st. Closing for the season on October 31st. Come see us next season in March.
during our 2 weeks trip in the south west we booked a hotel in Bryce Canyon City. There was not one reasonable review on the food in this area, thats why we decided drive 15 min to Tropics. Fellow good food lovers..... copy our trip. Its worth. Healthy, honest, and very good food!! Great winelist in an amazing setting... best dinner so far in the US
