It has a population of more than 56,000, which makes it the eighth largest municipality of the country and is the seat of the Trenčín Region and the Trenčín District. It has a medieval castle, Trenčín Castle, situated on a rock above the city.

Coffee, wine, beer and food at same place. In the middle of city centre, just a few meters from the castle you will find small, cozy coffee house with nice interior and family atmoshphere.

TrenÄÃn unfortunately has only few places where you can have Breakfast.Kuki belongs to them. Located on main square closed to other cafes (ranging in the top list of TripAdvisor) . 5 types of breakfast are offered. During the school year students speak asylum here.

My partner and I visited for drinks. Fantastic decor throughout building. Great attentive staff friendly and service excellent. Great selection of beers, booklet to read before ordering with history about certain words too. Such a letdown that toilet area wasnât great. Shame because it put me off ordering food .
