We wanted to find a place that was close by and stopped at the Happy Landing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. I ate the broasted chicken and my husband ordered the Captains Platter. Both entrees were Ver good. My glass of wine was a very generous pour. Will return tomorrow night for the BBQ ribs.
Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened i
The restaurant was clean and service was quick, friendly and accurate. Even the service at the drive-through seems congenial and all employees seem to be content. It may sound silly, but there is often tension with fast-food employees, which makes the dining experience very uncomfortable.

I have been here 3 times since moving to the area. They are good as far as Applebee's go, but their service can be slow, especially on Father's Day.We waiting an hour to be seated that day because of the number of people who called off.

this restaurant seems to go by more that one name. It appears to be in the country but we were there on a Tuesday around 2:00 and several people were there. we both ordered dinners. My husband said the 2 grilled chicken breasts were the best he ever had. He had soup and I had a salad with my steak and onion rings. His came with mashed potatoes and canned corn. I chose baked potato with my steak. We were both pleased with our selections. The waitress was pleasant but we had to ask to have our drinks refilled. When we are in the area we will be happy to return to this restaurant.

Local Restaurant dedicated to serving and supporting our community!
Stopped here to eat, because 131 was shut down due to an accident. Waitress was very nice, got some pop. Couldn't decide what to order. So got some onion rings while we decided. They are huge, dipped in a beer like batter. I ordered the Butterfly Shrimp with a side salad and apple sauce. Husband got the lasagna, garlic bread and side salad. There was so much that we each took a 2 go box home.

A new restaurant, very limited menu. Only 4 entrees were offered along with several appetizers and salads. I donât mind a limited menu but donât care for the theme part. If you donât care for Caribbean flavors you wouldnât find anything to eat! We ordered drinks, the wine selection isnât extensive but they do have a few nicer, dry wines. The walleye was good, prepared properly but a bit too sweet for me with the glaze. Another in our party had the short ribs and really enjoyed them. A chicken dish was also recommended, again, prepared nicely. Several side dishes were available, the walleye was served with collard greens which were ok but didnât wow me. The pineapple upside down cake was served cold, plain, not what we were expecting. Our server was new, tried very hard and did a good job. We were told the menu changes every few weeks which is fine, we will need to check when that is. Having a more upscale restaurant in our area would be wonderful. We look forward to trying it again. Itâs a smaller place, very nicely decorated.

Small Family owned, family friendly, listed on Urban Spoon
8 of my friends and I travel around the State to golf in the Spring and Fall. This was our 22nd year and we finally visited the southern Michigan area. Looking for a good breakfast place is always high on our agenda. By far, Dads Place was among the top spots we have landed at over all those years. One of our group grades places by how well they cook hashbrown potatoes. These were top notch on two separate visits. It is a small place, but very homey and friendly. All of our meals were excellent and reasonably priced. I wish I could move the place closer to home so I could become a regulars..

Love coming here with my boyfriend for a good breakfast. You cannot go wrong with anything, and I always get the breakfast sandwich. Delicious!

Itâs an old Big Boy restaurant. They kept the best of that classic place and added many nice new choices. We had breakfast for dinner and enjoyed every bite. Servings were too generous to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stopped and ate at this lovely restaurant overlooking Fisher lake. Nice view of the lake. Plenty of seating inside. I had a reuben sandwich with crisp baked potato chips. The reuben was excellent. Presentation was plain but the sandwich was served with warm chips, so very good. Server was quite attentive. Prices reasonable. I would highly recommend.
