We had the most wonderful panini sandwiches Iâve ever had here. One of todayâs (Fathers Day) specials was French onion grilled cheese panini. And OMG it was wonderful. The bread was so light and airy. Not overly crusty like most paninis. It almost melted in my mouth. Hubby had the melted ham panini. Chips came with it. We ate at a table in the shade outside. They have tables by the creek too which would be nice. We chose ice cream for dessert and it was wonderful. It was just a very special day at a very special place. I would make this a regular visit if we only lived close. Worth a drive even out of your way to try their food.

Heavys is located beside the beautiful Powell River. You get their after a 10 mile drive asking it on a single lane roadThe drive conjured up images from the movie âDeliveranceâ - country folk living in mountains beside the river. Beautiful country! Please note that Heavys is closed between Nov and March and appears to cater to campers and tubers who recreate along the river. We didnât actually get to eat there but the drive was fun - would we get lost when we lost our cell signal? There were a few tense minutes for us lol - weâe from New Jersey.Try nearby Haymaker Farms for excellent BBQ located on the highway
Veteran owner bar and grill. Full menu, cold beer (locally and commercially brewed) with multiple televisions for sports, games, races, events, matches, etc.
This place is relatively new to the Tazewell area, so I checked it out with two friends. Itâs pretty easy to find, located in the strip mall in Tazewell. We started with the fried banana peppers. These were great! I got a meat lovers calzone, which turned out to not be the best choice due to the size and the actual amount of meat that came in it for the price ($13.49). I would have been better of with one of their 12â pizzas. With so many choices on their menu, I would return to Tennessee Brewskiâs again to give one of their burgers a try. Check them out for yourself!
See what the Colonel's cooking at your local KFC. Stop in today and enjoy our world famous chicken - it's Finger Lickin' Good!
Stopped by for lunch and as usual they had no lemon aide. My pot pie could have used some more time in the oven as my crust was under cooked.
Beautiful atmosphere inside and out. The porch and river views are amazing, as well as the service and food. Weâre always greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. This is my husbandâs favorite local restaurant (mine, too!) and heâs alllllll about the pizza. Thatâs his favorite food so that should say something. We make it a point to come in frequently.
Woke up hungry and craving a quick and tasty, breakfast place near you? From fluffy, hand-rolled Made From Scratch⢠Biscuits⢠to crispy bacon on our classic breakfast platter to breakfast favorites that you can't get anywhere elseâ¦Hardee's® serves food ju
Hardees' breakfast is really good, especially for a fastfood restaurant. The size is a little small in portion, but it does fill me up. It has a very good flavor, the biscuits taste like homemade. Very good environment

Upon arrival, our family of 5 was asked if a table was okay. After stating we'd prefer a booth because of our 2 yr old, the young man, who seemed annoyed by our request, said he would have to ask someone. There were several booths available but when he returned, he did not acknowledge our family, began arranging menus, and told the hostess to take us to a table. When we told her that we had requested a both, she looked us and told us she was just doing what she was told. We left.

Most of the group had the "Steak on a Stone". Excellent cut of meat served on a very hot stone so you finish to your own taste. Chosen sides (spinach maria, veggie mac-n-cheese, green beans, twice baked potato, french fries, et al) were delicious. The staff could not have been any more courteous and helpful. Pleasant, live piano provided agreeable ambiance. Located in Woodlake Lodge and open Fri. & Sat. evenings, I think.
