Visited this location on July 22 @755P for dinner and had the crab soup and the California Dreaming salad. Both dishes for filling and satisfying.Service was horrible! I waited 15 minutes for my soup appetizer then another 15 minutes for my salad. Poor communications between the kitchen and the runners. The sad part was the restaurant was not even busy at that time!Great food...but don't eat here if you are expecting prompt service

Stopped here after a trip to the Model Train Display in Taylor's Mill. Strong coffee, good sandwiches and they forgot about my order of onion rings so they added them without charge. Great service too! Definite stop if you're in the area.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Never been disappointed with anything I have had here and that spans 20 years. While other places have reduced the size of their hamburgers or chicken sandwiches, here they have stayed the same while maintaining a competitive price.

The Open Hearth
30 years ago The Open Hearth was THE Best Restaurant in town. What a disappointment this visit turned out to be. With my out-of-town Aunt and Uncle in town for my sister's and my birthday, we of course, selected Open Hearth. We had reservations for 6 people and thought that would make a timely eating experience but it didn't. The service was slow, the food was not only cold but ordered incorrectly. SOOOO disappointed. We won't be back.Signed, Completely EmbarrassedWe wish you had brought this to our attention before you left dissatisfied! If thereâs any way we can correct our mistakes we would appreciate the opportunity. Patty, thank you for your critique. Please give us a call at 864-244-2665 and ask for Jimmy or Starr

My husband and I stopped in Greenville, SC on the way back from a visit to Charlotte, NC. My husband is from Louisiana and so we knew we wanted to give this restaurant a try. The staff were extremely nice and we loved how they gave us samples before we ordered. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. Whenever we are passing through Greenville, SC, we will definitely stop at The Lost Cajun.
