Pros: very nice view over the river, good service, nice setup with a games library, nice decor, nicely decorated cocktails, and an unusually extensive vegetarian menu for Thailand. Cons: the dishes varied in quality. I didn't eat the pad see ew because it tasted bland and the noodles were overcooked, and the stir-fry cashew tofu was too sweet and could taste ketchup in it. After trekking Khao Sok jungle I was in the mood for a cold, fruity drink like a mai tai, daiquiri, tequila sunrise or similar. It's easy to find places selling cold beer at Khao Sok, but not many of them serve a full range of cocktails. Wind Song does. They also make tasty curry dishes.

It just wouldn't be a visit to Khao Lak without stopping by to visit Mo and tuck into a plate of nachos washed down with a cocktail. They are the best nachos I've tasted and cheers for making them gluten free. Consistently great for years...I will keep coming back. Big smiles from me :)Thank you, Mrs. Smith!
