Unusually good crab cakes: fresh and lots of it, with very little else. Just a bit of something else for flavor and to hold the char. Baked potato unusually large and tasty, topped with course sea salt. Mediocre, too-sweet pasta-with-marinara side is available as alternative to fried or baked potato. Skip the pasta and you'll be in heaven here.

Last year we went to the Fishing Pier Grille in Avalon which was charming altho small. Great breakfast. This time we went to its sister restaurant in Stone Harbor. Somewhat larger and more modern they had the same great menu. Gluten free toast in addition to some of the best 3 egg omlettes ever. No sooner had we ordered from the lovely Anna, our breakfast was there. Didn't even by Ave time to check my phone (a good thing). It's cash pay altho they have an ATM on site. Highly recommended..

Green and clean eating for 41 years! Fresh juices, smoothies, salads, sandwiches and vegan options. We also have classics for those who are not vegetarian. Most of our dishes are gluten free or can be made gluten free with slight modification. We offer di
I've been going to Green Cuisine for over 20 years and have always loved the food and atmosphere. This particular visit was very different. There was loud blaring rock/pop music that made it difficult to carry on a conversation in the empty restaurant. Not to mention, the music didn't really make sense given the age of the patrons who were easily over 50. The food didn't disappoint and if it weren't for the food, we would've left.

My husband and I ate here on a night when it was pouring rain. Although it was late, we were unable to book a reservation online and just walked in. We were seated right away.Itâs nicely decorated with a nautical theme. I had the shrimp tacos which were wonderful and my husband had the portobello sandwich which he enjoyed. I tried a special cocktail ( blood and sand?) which was ok. They have an extensive beer menu which was great for my husband. Will return!

We had a nice relaxing, casual dinner here and hope to go back soon. The fish and chips were delicious with a wonderful fried batter. The french dip sandwich was also very good. Our server was very attentive and took good care of us.

We spent the day in Stone Harbor, having only been there once before. It's a cute little town on a barrier island in southern NJ. We wanted to get out of the sun, so we went into the "Stone Harbor Mall." It was past lunchtime, so we stopped at a small sandwich shop in the "mall." Yvette's was unexpectedly wonderful! I had the California BLT, which was a BLT with avocado on a brioche roll. Huge and delicious! It came with a salad with a lovely, light dressing. My friend got one of the specials, a grilled panini with chicken, mozzarella, and tomato; he also loved his. When I commented to our waitress that I also loved the salad dressing, she said they bottle it to be sold just across the way. On our way out, we bought a jar. What a treat! In addition to yummy food, the wait staff are friendly and seem happy to be serving you. Next time we head south to Stone Harbor, we'll definitely have a meal at Yvette's!

Coffee and the enormous pancake on the picture for just one person!Couldnât finish it, not only because of the size but also for the taste. Nothing special.$13.00Seriuosly? It was a big chunk of batter with some horrible whipped cream and a terrible strawberry...whatever the name of that was.I shouldâve had breakfast at the hotel. Not recommended.

we had dinner here and were very disappointed with the food prep. I mean this is basically bar food, which is hard to mess up. But the shrimp in my po' boy was way overdone. The same for the french fries. Both bad - not bad enough to send back but bad enough to say I don't know what the attraction is other than that the place has been here forever. Lots of other better choices in town. Service was good.

The seafood we use is the freshest and locally caught. We offer mako, swordfish, flounder and scallops when in season from our local fishermen. We use only jumbo lump crabmeat. Saturday night our prime rib is certified black angus. All soups are made from
Weâve been to Menz several times with family (not my choice!). I do not understand the fascination with this place. The food is overpriced and nothing special. The service was spotty at best-as if they did not have sufficient waitstaff. The portions are decent but for the price should be more. The decor is very eclectic...like someone took an antique store and blended it with your crazy uncleâs taxidermy collection (do you really want a deer or moose mounted on the wall, staring at you as you eat?). The gift/candy shop was nice-kids and adults will get a kick out of the âpenny candyâ. I get it that this establishment is a long time fixture in Cape May County (hence the multiple pictures of FDR). I guess everyone needs to go once for the experience. Do so, and then move on. And try not to be freaked out by the two-headed goat.
