Grabbed some biscuits (not biscuit sandwiches) here on a Saturday morning - it was packed! Biscuits were pretty good -they weren't greasy or flat. Coffee was nice and hot. It's an older Hardees so no atmosphere at all, but the food was good -store was clean - people were friendly. That's a winner every day.

36 beers on tap, including NC local beer. Bourbon and cigar bar, featuring handmade premium cigars. Great pizza, wings, salad bar, sandwiches, subs, entrees,& more. Best place in town to watch sports between three flat screen tvs. Daily lunch buffet, Sund
My husband and I retired in Crumpler North Carolina( originally from Charlotte ) have not been too happy with restaurants except for maybe a couple. Some friends of ours took us to this pizzeria restaurant in Sparta. The service and staff were very friendly and were able to sit six of us in reasonable amount of time for a Saturday night. The wings and the pizza were absolutely amazing. Just about all their beer is on tap which is also great and so are the prices. I would recommend this place to anyone. By the way did I mention the live music.

Muddy Creek is open on a regular schedule as a traditional cafe/coffeehouse/bar. In addition, they often have live music on a corner stage in the dining room--mostly local and regional Americana artists. I recently enjoyed a great show from Wild Ponies, traveling from Nashville. I unexpectedly caught a great short set from Couldn't Be Happiers and wonderful duo (joined by a great bass player for the first time) on a Saturday afternoon. The music hall recently opened with back-to-back performances from acclaimed songwriters Matraca Berg and Mary Gauthier. The listening room experience was great. The cafe offers some great food. I enjoyed the tuna melt once, the ham and cheese another time. Friends had the Impossible Burger and salad with blackened salmon. Everything was very tasty. We shared a piece of chocolate coconut pie--very chocolate-y and rich, delicious. Oh, fried pickles were great, very sour and crispy--made from pickles sourced from nearby Mt. Pilot (I think).Service all around was friendly and efficient.

Went for brunch/lunch. We ordered the turkey reuben. Small, very dry, bland, no sauce on it. didn't resemble a reuben. Potato cake was good, but the overall portion small. Nothing to write home about. And $8 was too much for what you get.Only 5 things on the menu. Need to take some tips from the mustard seed.

This was not my first time here, but it may have been the best one yet. Very friendly staff. Very large and comfortable location. They have excellent grits. They also have an amazing tenderloin biscuit. I could see them setting the salad bar up for the day and it looked incredible. I will have to check that out next time Iâm there.
