While traveling from outstate, my wife & I joined a local-resident-friend for breakfast here. Good golly the decor of the place is sooooo Western. It was fun looking around the place. The fun started at the entrance doors with pistol-barrel-door-handles. Inside there's a LOT of Old West and amusing memorabilia affixed to the walls. The tables have a checkerboard pattern... one lady was playing checkers with her daughter... using little creamer cups for checkers. Oh! The tables have "recessed" jelly and sugar holders, so the diner doesn't need to "shuffle" on the table top to deal with those items. The "Mason jar" jug serving glassware for drinks is a nice "olden days" touch.And... just imagine... going through swinging saloon doors to proceed to the restrooms! Then there is the Modern Technology aspect of the place. When we arrived the place was jammed with patrons and we were happy we got there just in time to get a table. I was surprised to find the wait staff using electronic tablets to take the orders. Then, when our meals arrived so very fast, I understood. The waiter had been going from table-to-table taking orders, but didn't need "run the orders" to the kitchen. The kitchen staff were working on the orders as soon as the waiter "pushed the button" upon completing the order for each table. I was quite impressed by this process. The menu is loaded with all types of breakfast (and lunch) foods with western tltles for the dishes. The place appears to be a favorite for local folks. We joined the entire cafe's clientele in applauding the completed marriage proposal/acceptance by two patrons... which was announced by one of the staff. As for the food itself... well... my cinnamon French toast was a bit dry. My wife said her pancakes were a little dry. I suppose I would best describe our meals as "Average," but the FUN atmosphere and impressive service warrants an overall "Very Good" rating.

Our casually festive atmosphere combines New Orleans flavor and comfort with an upscale sensibility. From the Creole favorites that embody the heart and soul of Southern Louisiana, to our flavorful takes on seafood, pasta, salads, steaks and desserts, we
My husband especially enjoyed the jambalaya. He raved about how good it was and liked the large portion. We each had a small chopped salad; it was REALLY chopped. The pieces were very small and there were narrow fried onion rings on top. I have no idea what all was in it but it was very tasty. I liked my chicken with yams but probably wouldn't order it again. The biscuit that came with it was yummy. Our service was top notch. I'm sure we'll be back. The desserts looked heavenly, although they were out of Bananas Foster on this particular night. Prices seemed fair and there is a range of things to order from burgers to higher dollar entrees.

Join us daily at Redrock Canyon Grill Southlake in the Kimball Oaks Center. Before dining, enjoy a cocktail and warm skillet of cornbread on our patio with the aromas of roasting chicken on our wood-burning rotisserie.
We all ordered salads of various types. I thought my chicken taco was very good and the others liked theirs too. And yet, some of the lettuce could have been more fresh as there were a number of pieces I set aside as the were far from fresh. Thus, the mark downmarket on the overall. The staff are young and seemed well trained to be upbeat. Gave a good tip because of that.

This is a casual place but with table service (and our service was excellent). My husband and I both had the salmon stuffed with artichokes, feta, spinach, etc., served with several spears of asparagus and orzo. It was a plentiful portion and tasty. You get two rather large pieces of salmon so it was generous for around $18. We also had the side salad, which was a delight for an extra $3. Itâs a harvest salad with feta cheese, cranberries, sliced almonds - delicious and a nice portion. Rockfish is in the town center area of Southlake, just a couple of doors down from Mi Cocina. We were there for a late lunch/early dinner but it was still pretty full at 3 p.m. We will go back, Iâm sure.

Decided to try TruFire for brunch to celebrate our 22nd anniversary and were not disappointed! In fact we were so impressed, we will most definitely be coming back. We loved the small plate options: crab dip, spicy beef with hummus, grilled cheese,... the salads come in 2 sizes so you can have a little of everything. I had the Texas Pecan & Fig salad - very nice!Service was great - friendly and helpful staff! Glad we found another restaurant to add to our short list.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and it was a terrible experience and I truly regret going especially when I chose Kirby's over my original plan of Del Frisco's.We sat in the main dining room that you come into, the last booth by the windows that separated us from the bar by a glass window. Right behind us is swinging doors to separate the dining rooms from the bar and with people going in and out constantly, the doors never stopped banging - not for one minute the whole meal and it was beyond annoying! This room is loud, not only due to the acoustics but the bar is loud and the windows and doors do nothing to buffer the loud noise. A horrible room for an anniversary dinner. Our waiter Armando was nice but not attentive at all. Everything moved at a snails pace. The crab cake is a crab cake shaped into a tower like a Mango Crab Stack, it came to us black on top and even had a slight fishy taste. It was eatable and since we hadn't eaten all day we ate it but we didn't enjoy it. We were never given the chance to send it back because Armando never checked on us to see how it was. This is when I wished for sure I had gone to Del Frisco's because their crab cake is excellent every time. We had salads which were ok and then we sat forever and ever waiting on our main course. Literally just sitting there doing nothing. So the steak comes, at least half was fatty or gristle and the Macaroni and Cheese was ok. Finally we got to tell Armando and he sent over a Manager. After telling the Manager about our crab cake and wait time he said he had checked the ticket and it was 22 minutes. 22 minutes from when exactly he didn't say. He lacked sincerity and seemed on the defense. Not a good response from him. So then we get Creme Brûlée, sort of uneventful, not thick and rich as it should be - just blah really. Then the District Manager Thomas comes over and finally someone seemed to care. He was more than apologetic and disappointed by our experience. He did compensate us fairly on the bill and offered us a $20 gift certificate for another time. We told him Armando is a very nice waiter but not attentive at all. Dishes that weren't up to par, long wait times between courses, slow and inattentive service really ruined out night. As we were leaving both the Manager and District Manager Thomas both went to open he doors for us as we were leaving. Now that the Manager is standing in front of Thomas, he seems more concerned about our experience than he did earlier. Thomas again was more than apologetic and handled his part in a very professional and understanding manner. Kudos to Thomas for recognizing the importance of the evening and how they had really dropped the ball. I would never sit in this main room again if celebrating a special occasion - actually I probably would not return at all for an important occasion.Mrs. Hayashi, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. There is noway for us to improve as individuals or as a company without hearing feedback. We are truly sorry to see that your anniversary celebration did not live up to your expectations. We did review your evening and this review with our management team, and our General Manager (Thomas), to ensure that we can avoid future situations such as this. Although he did take care of a potion of the bill to try and reconcile the situation that evening, we extend our apologies for your experience at Kirby's. We would love to show you a true Kirby's dining experience - please feel free to reach out to me directly for your next reservation. -Ashley Fertic [email protected]

Del Frisco's Grille is a modern and stylish spin on the classic bar and grill, drawing inspiration from bold flavors and market-fresh ingredients. Our menu is a tempting mix of prime steaks, fresh seafood and twists on American comfort cuisine.
We went to this restaurant with another couple and told them we would like to visit before ordering. It wasnât a problem at all for them as we chatted for well over an hour before ordering. The meal was fantastic the service was super,Just a perfect evening

I went here for the first time with a friend today and she suggested we try the Local Goat & Fig pizza with cauliflower crust. I must say I would not have chosen that one but I was happily surprised that it was delicious! Will try this again for sure!

Feedstore BBQ has great pulled pork, ribs, brisket, chicken and more. Great country sides like Mac ân cheese, yummy butter beans, mash tatters, corn and so many other. Soft serve ice cream for .50 a cone. Big tables available for big families and groups. There are also donkeys, goats and cows to pet and feed when the kitchen has bread available for them. It is a great place to take the kids and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Savor the freshest Stone Crab direct from our own fisheries, and our fresh-catch weekly updated seafood menu. Enjoy tender, juicy steaks grilled to perfection and over 100 fine wines and full bar.
This was suggested by the hotel and was great for a business dinner, but ask to be in a quieter area if you want to have a discussion as there is live music.Great selection in the menu and service was excellent. The fish I had was perfectly cooked and vegetables not over cooked!Expensive but excellent value and quality.
