Home cooked breakfast and lunch is a Montana tradition at the Pocketstone Cafe.
We only eat here during the car show, so it's super busy. But it's the only place open on Electric Ave for breakfast early in the morning. Nice to sit down. The staff is always very friendly, but the food has never been good for the 12 years we have been going there. Most in our party just have coffee. I hear if you have pancakes or the cinnamon roll that is a safe bet. But those of us that had biscuits/gravy and ham and eggs. Not good. Biscuits ok, but the gravy was bland. The side of ham was a half slice of something that looked out of a can and way too salty. The scrambled eggs were not done and still slimey. Plus they raised their prices. Realizing this is probably their busiest day, but still an 0 for 12.

The food is great!!! Better than expected. Generous servings, artistically presented, high quality and full bodied. The deck is super. View of Flathead Lake is unmatched .. very friendly people. It was an enjoyable experience with great food and great beerâand a perfect deck hangout spot (wear fleece coat-of course, in September). Everything I hoped for and more..

An elegant dining experience. Mac and cheese, mushroom rice soup, snitzel, meatloaf and beef stroganoff around the table and all delicious. Service could not have been better. A great selection of quality wines and top shelf liquor. Most pleasant surprise was that the cost was very reasonable. Five star We are very happy that we could meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide great food, drink and service for the best value we can. We hope you will visit us again !

After being on the road for four days and really tired of deep fried food and trail mix, we decided to stop here and we were blown away!!!!!! The food (BOATS sandwich) and drinks (cappuccino and matcha) were to die for.Perfect little gem for any day.

This is a not on the beaten path breakfast/brunch cafe that I/we have tested on many occasions with multiple fussy adult eaters. The unanimous consensus? Thumbs way up and please bring me anotherIf there were a downside (and any breakfast warrior would not consider it a downside) it is TOO MUCH!! Not really. But, yeah, itâs a lot of food. But through the chicken/pancake, breakfast burrito, multiple Benedictâs, house hash etc, always excellent food and always great service. Best in the FlatheadAh!! One complaint!!! They need to work on their Bloody Mary recipe. Thatâs it. Thatâs all. End it.Thank you so much for taking the time and writing such a wonderful review. Glad you enjoy visiting us and I will work on the Bloody Mary-what is wrong with? That will help me find a solution for you and you can be our tester.
Cowboy Up Country Cookin' specializes in down home country cookin. Ribs, Chicken Fried Steak and more. Beautiful outdoor dining around a roaring firepit overlooking beautiful Flathead Lake and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Open for the summer from May
- For many years, my family has heard my jokingly say my quest in life was to find the perfect chicken fried steak. That quest has been ended by eating one prepared by Rudy and Gina at the Cowboy Up. The steak was delicious and covered with a gravy that did not overpower the flavor of the meat. My wife chose the magnificent smoked ribs. They were also unbelievably delicious. The beans, pasta salad, and tossed salad were matched with great corn bread. -- This place is 100% worth anything you have to do to eat there. You'll also enjoy meeting Rudy and Gina....great people. -- One thing. They do not accept credit cards.

Lots of action, beautiful location, seating on decks if not too cool, pizza is a must order. Obviously great selection of beer but full bar too.

Dels was recommended by my hotel, and I was not disappointed. The fish and chips were delicious. 3 small(ish) cod filets, a big pile of fries, and perfectly prepared coleslaw is what I had for dinner. It was very good and worth the price. The ambiance is definitely a bar scene, which was ok because I had a chance to catch a bit of the football game that was not available at my hotel. Service was fast and very friendly. I think they are better known for their burgers and pizzas, but I was in a fish and chips mood.

The Somers Bay Cafe is a quaint little local hole in the wall kind of place where you'll find regular local patrons. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast meals, and I especially like the enchillada breakfast, with it's savory sauce. Good food with good service at a very good value. You can't go wrong here.
