Visited Snoqualmie for the first time and found this little place just off the main drag. In a former bank building it is a cute with 20 foot ceilings and seating for perhaps 25. It was very early in the season and we got right in. I expect that this place will be very busy during the tourist season. It is known locally for baked goods but has a very nice new age-y menu with locally sourced ingredients. I had beef sliders made with hand ground beef on home made bun, a salad made with greens harvested just outside the door and an aloi made in the restaurant. Very good! Highly recommended.

GOOD: Fast and friendly service and no TV volume from the myriad TV screens high on the walls. Plenty of beers on tap. 3 star.MEH: The food. 2 star.Came here for a quick bite without the kids on a Friday night around 6pm. Seated quickly and had menus and water quickly. The Chicken Carbonara was a "do not repeat" (more on that later) and my wife's appetizers were OK. She had fried goat cheese on greens & strawberries with raspberry vinaigrette and also the coconut shrimp. The goat cheese salad was the best of the three items. The cheese wheels were lightly breaded and deep fried. The dressing worked well with the strawberries and green. Sweet, acid and salt plus the fat in the deep fried cheese. However, the goat cheese was perfectly uniform in size and appearance. Not like something that was cut, breaded and fried by the chef in the back.Ditto with the Coconut shrimp. Every shrimp was the exact shape and perfectly flattened into the same size oval with a tail. Just like Red Lobster or the Sizzler. Machine processed. Pretty sure they are pre-prepared, flash frozen and shipped by some mega food conglomerate. The taste was fine but nothing extraordinary or notable. The Chicken Carbonara was nasty. VERY heavy and gloppy sauce. It was the consistency of a thin drywall mud. The flavor was also too heavy on the bacon flavor (can that be possible?). The chicken was obviously cooked hours earlier and totally dried out. The tips of the chopped chicken breast was so dry that I spit it out. Basically the texture of wood. I took 1/2 of it home and cooked extra pasta for lunch to spread the sauce out the next day. Tossed the chunks of chicken. If you want better food and a tavern atmosphere, go to either North Bend Bar and Grill or the Last Frontier Saloon in Fall City

Great little neighborhood place- funky and fun to be there. Coffee is good and ambience is perfect. But the food is indifferent. Good enough for an average day but its just not particularly interesting or delicious. Still, I like going here because it feels good. I'd bet mostly on the breakfasts

We went with low expectations- but left vowing to put it on our list for a local great place. The room takes you away ( thankfully) from the gambling into an elegant room with very high ceilings, professional waiters and a stunning view ( go early enough to see it) . We loved our food- -salmon perfectly cooked, very good sides and salads and a very good desert selection- There is a small bar which is good because if it were large it would probably be raucous. I surmise that because while most of the restaurant was well behaved- a couple of tables ( unfortunately one close to us) were full of guys behaving badly- way too loud- definitely performing for the room-. Still it wasn't so bad- they went back to gambling and we finished our meal listening to the piano player ( nice touch) and each other.

We had the three egg veggie scramble, which included chopped spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. It came topped with a slice of Swiss cheese and a large scoop of delicious guacamole. Sides were these delicious crispy small potatoes and toast. Son got the corned beef hash cooked with peppers, onions and crispy potatoes topped with toast and eggs cooked as you wished. He got his over easy. He said it was the best hash heâd had because the corned beef was cut into thin squares instead of shredded and the potato skins were crisp. The menu was quite large and included other eggs or egg scrambles with breakfast meats as well as pancakes and yogurt-granola parfaits. Coffee was great and our server was quite attentive and kept it refilled. They also serve lunch and dinner. Will definitely return.

Modern dining meets authentic history at Woodman Lodge Steakhouse. Standing as a tribute to a bygone era, it honors the hardworking men and women of the Snoqualmie Valley - nurturing the community spirit by bringing families together for wholesome, social
I really enjoy the historic ambiance of this place....it's in a turn-of-the-century building in historic Snoqualmie, WA, and they did a great job with the restoration. Their focus is on steaks, and they do a great job with all cuts. Salads are good, other sides are fine too. My only complaint is their pricing (high), but that's par for top-notch steak places.....good cuts are expensive. If you are in the Snoqualmie/North Bend area and are ready for a really good meal (and prepared to pay for it), come here.

Come hungry and make yourself at home with five action stations of world-class comfort food in the heart of the Snoqualmie Valley. Falls Buffet was voted "Best Buffet" by 425 Magazine, but we're sure that had absolutely nothing to do with the enormous des
We returned to this buffet after a year or so as we were shopping in the area, and it was my birthday. Last time, it was not super, but this time, everything was top shelf! The Prime Rib, their signature meat, was so tender that I was cutting it with my fork. They kept the line stacked with roast duck, Roast Duck!!! A personal fav. They also had whole rockfish. My wife loved the cod with cubes of mango. A great big slice of strawberry rhubarb pie finished my night off. So glad we tried it again, well worth the visit. Great value for what they offer.

I came here with some friends for a beer and had a great experience. It wasn't crowded, we went on a Monday. The staff was super friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. I had the Sno Falls APA, which was really good. My friend got garlic fries to share, which was very tasty. I highly recommend stopping here and am looking forward to eating a meal here soon!

Food was old. Clearly premade probably days before. The filet minion I did not finish my stomach is still struggling 7 hours later. The potatoes roasted in duck fat were crunchy cubes of uncooked potatoes. I did not taste any duck fat. The asparagus was ok. Kids food was definitely pre frozen processed crap. There were a bunch of young wait staff that were probably being paid nothing to serve $50+ plates of food. The foie gras had probably been sitting in the fridge for days. Some of the pickled vegetables were pretty good but those are the only things you actually want to sit around and grow bacteria. This place doesnât care about its food. Itâs allowed to continue only because of the big lodge and the waterfall.Hello Trent,We'd like to apologize that your visit with us was anything but exceptional.
