Houlihan's provided a great dinner after our Rotary Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The service and the food were excellent. It was the perfect banquet for 120+ golfers and volunteers following a golf tournament. Super job Mark and staff!

This place is way cool; north of Loop 1604 and Nacogdoches in the tiny hamlet of Bracken but with big city tasty burgers. The Bracken Burger is a hand-formed one half pound of goodness burger. Placed on a grilled bun with your favorite condiments, the burger is ridiculously delicious. The place isn't real big so come early to sit with your friends or be prepared to make new ones. Wait staff is efficient and more than friendly; they make you feel like family. Don't forget to stop by the Hanging Tree Saloon for an icy cold beverage, only in Bracken.

Burgers are good and lots to choose from. All are reasonably priced and endless fries! They do skimp on the first order of fries but you can always request more.Service was quick and our drinks were never empty. Seating was quick for a large party during their busy dinner hours. I really enjoyed the food and service.

Family run with great service and atmosphere. Owners are very attentive to both your food and you as a customer. The food is all homemade original dishes with fresh ingredients and it is FANTASTIC. Go to Avocado and you will not be disappointed.

Tried this place on a recommendation from a friend and it didn't disappoint. I tried the Banh MI and it was delicious, the bread is made fresh and it is light and crispy. The sandwich is generous. The pork is incredibly tender, spicy and sweet. We tried the tomato cheese soup and it was delicious it didn't have an overwhelming tomato taste. The Mango bundt cake was very good, moist, and delicious. Staff is friendly. Fresh made food at a very good price!!!

I drop by to get some food on a busy Sunday. The staff was very friendly. And my order was served very fast. My tacos were hot and freshly made. I ordered a Barbacoa taco and a fajita taco, the tacos were hot and fresh and delicious

Who knew you could eat dinner and then shop for dinners at the same place? It was surprisingly very good! I took my teenaged son and we loved it, short wait on food and it came out hot and fresh. The gravy and chicken fried chicken was delicious! The corn could have used more flavor, but hey if that is the only thing I could nitpick at, the place is pretty good. Location couldn't be better when you just want more of a cooked meal than the usual fast food places in the Schertz area without having to go too far outside the surrounding neighborhoods. Will definitely be going back to take the rest of the family.

54th Street was founded in Kansas City, MO by Thomas E. Norsworthy in 1989. He envisioned a place that would accommodate a consistently crowded dining room as well as a lively bar crowd, while offering the quality food and drinks that exceed national chai
We had an office function so there were 10 of us for lunch. They did a great job of getting us seated and our server was awesome - she took care of refills and all of the kitchenâs âerrorsâ politely and quickly. It took quite some time for us to get bread and that also appeared to be a kitchen problem.Overall, the food everyone ordered was hot and fresh and arrived at the same time, so definitely props for that because that is frequently not the case with large groups.Just a few downside examples - one person ordered a loaded baked potato but received no sour cream, cheese, bacon bits, etc. until she asked our server (who was clearly surprised it had not come with the order). Another of our party received none of the side items requested for her salad and meal. Again, once she asked, our server quickly got it.I order a lettuce wrapped burger (I asked if they made lettuce wrap burgers and was told they definitely did) but when it came it was a burger on a bed of shredded lettuce - clearly not a wrap. On the positive side, the burger was prepared very well; had a good flavor; and was cooked to my requested preference.Overall on this visit - server was great; food tasted good; lots of errors by the kitchen. I would have given a 3.5 if possible.Thank you Shawnvandy , for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience while dining with us. We always venture to Sea Island at The Forum for consistently prepared fresh tasting meals, but discovered a new favorite unexpectedly when our son decided to order the angus cheeseburger. Not only was it good, it was undecidedly the best tasting burger my son and I have ever tasted!!Just leave it to Sea Island, they are always on point and the meals are always plentiful and consistent!!Thank you for joining us and taking the time to let us know about your visit. We appreciate you taking the time to give us a positive review, and we hope you visit again soon!

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q serves Real Texas Bar-B-Q seven days a week. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and group meals.
We were on a house hunting trip and we stumbled on Rudy's. The signs said something like the world's worst BBQ, but the reviews said otherwise. I have to agree with the reviews and laugh while appreciating a business that can make fun of themselves. I hate creamed corn and so does my wife, but we sampled some anyway. We now no longer hate all creamed corn. The meats were spot on! The BBQ sauce wasn't for me. We'll be regular customers!
