This is a decent restaurant, with very good interiors and very good service. But the quality of the service and taste does not match the Price. I know it's a chain restaurant, and I know the menu and service are just the same all over the country, but I can't refrain from reviewing this place positively, because the ribs are just great, as is the rice and other side dishes that come with your order. Also the oven-hot rolls they serve as you sit down are delicious with the spicy butter jar you receive. And if you like sauces on your ribs, the selection here is great. Also the prices are decent considering the style of the place. So, if you're staying in Mexico for more than a week and want a break from tacos and toritillas without having to resort to Mc Donald's or Subway, this is a good choice.

We were told these are the best burgers in town. And so it was. In fact if you are not satisfied with your burger, you have only yourself to blame as you design it yourself from a long list of ingredients. A novel idea and certainly successful. Worth a return visit in future

If you are driving from the Mexican-US border to Mexico City and beyond (via Laredo, Monterrey, Matehuala, San Luis Pototsi) plan a rest stop at Parador El Potosino on Route 57. The rest stop provides free and clean restrooms, an internet cafe, and gift shop. Skip the Papa Johns Pizza and Church´s Chicken and enjoy Mexican comfort food at Restuarante Potosino. Cafeteria style, but very enjoyable chicken mole, barbecoa, caldo de res...all freshly prepared and served by a very friendly staff. Outdoor seating available to watch fellow road warriors come and go.
