Warmly hip servers present exquisitely crafted European fare emphasizing local ingredients at this quirky little gem across from the Pioneer Park Farmer's Market. The adorable mismatched china, colorful decor, delightful cocktails and revolving local art
This is a quirky place, old building with weird decor. The wine list is very small. The service was good and everyone was friendly. The food was some of the best I have had in SLC. The duck tacos were great. The boar stew on Polenta was fantastic. My wife loved her gnocchi.

The Roof Restaurant is Utahâs premier gourmet buffet-style restaurant with breathtaking views of downtown Salt Lake City. It's the perfect place to celebrate special occasions in your life â engagements, anniversaries, graduations, job promotions, or just
I have read some bad reviews and feel sorry that some people cannot find joy in anything they do. They talk about "snootiness" but it appears to me the reviews show a lot of "snootiness". Yes, the price is high, but in my life I only eat at a nice place once a decade, so I loved it. Everything I tasted was excellent, the waitress was sweet and efficient, and it was a great event. My only constructive criticism was the buffet line became very crowded with older diners who had a hard time moving through so the next person could serve themselves. If you are wealthy or come from the coast, then yes, maybe this is not the greatest. But if you are a normal person, maybe from "the sticks", it is a great place.

Feldman's Deli is a charming cafe setting where New York chic meets ski chalet comfort. As the only deli in the area that serves authentic Jewish Deli sandwiches and Old World specialties, we offer those in SLC an authentic taste of the North East. Nestle
This was a great find on a recent trip to Salt Lake City. The sandwiches were huge and so tasty. Shop is small with about 15 tables. They serve breakfast and lunch and then close at 3pm. We asked for a recommendation from our server and my husband went with the Sloppy Joe(corned beef, pastrami, thousand island dressing and coleslaw. See the pictures, it is gigantic! We should have shared it. I guess most people do. I ordered the Combo pastrami and corned beef, a little smaller and more manageable to eat. It comes on great Jewish rye but is too soft for all the meat. The sandwich fell apart and I ended up eating it with a fork. Food was wonderful and well priced for the portion. Thanks for your feedback...bread is an issue in SLC, since with only 10% environmental humidity, it has to stay in plastic bags, to not go stale, and that does soften the texture, somewhat. But the recipe is from the family bakery back in NJ. Glad you enjoyed!

5 star rating, 5 star hotelThe service was impeccable. From the moment I pulled up to the front and had my car valeted to check out I was treated like a princess. I came here for a business trip and was so excited to be staying somewhere so luxurious. Each night I would come back from a long day of standing on my feet to a packet of bath salts, a fresh robe, slippers & chocolate. Best way to end a busy work day! Bathroom was beautiful with a huge soaking tub & a glass door shower separate. Thereâs a vanity area inside the bathroom & also outside the bathroom doors. Bed was comfortable with different types of pillow perfect for anyone! Room service was top notch. They even folded all my dirty clothes and put them in a dirty laundry bag! In the room thereâs a plant you can take home for a certain cost. You can order room service or thereâs restaurant options. Light rail is right outside the hotel for easy transport. Valet onsite. Gym onsite. Spa onsite. What more could a business traveler ask for?!PS - free coffee and treats available in the lobby in the morning as well as water & cookies available during the day

Bambara Restaurant is located in an historic building with a lively atmosphere, serving New American food in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.
We now have a new goal when traveling⦠To seek out the nearest Kimpton Hotel and check out their local restaurant! This property has Bambara, which offers not only a unique menu and decent wine list, but the same amazing customer service, fresh ingredients and awesome dining experience weâve come to love when visiting Brabo in Old Town Alexandria, VA (which we visit often). The server we had was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and also a Somm! The kitchen was also very accommodating, as we made a special request with nearly everything we ordered and each was met with an empathic, âYes!âSome highlights of the meal were: Their incredibly fresh green beans and asparagus done tempura style â WOW! Lightly battered and definitely appropriately fried with a savory sauce for dipping. The Elk Loin was fresh and perfectly prepared, as was the Steelhead Trout! Each course and each dish was perfectly and independently prepared and done so as not to rush us, rather allow us time to enjoy, sit, sip and nosh.We canât say enough about this place and highly suggest foodies (like us) give it a try!Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! Bambara is a proud representative of the Kimpton restaurant brand. Our culinary team is beyond talented and truly dedicated to the pursuit of fine-dining. We're so glad you enjoyed your meal with us. Please come back anytime, we'd love to host you again!

Start your evening the Ruthâs Chris way â over a mouth-watering filet. Sit back and enjoy the most tender, extra-thick, hand-cut Steak youâve ever tasted, served "sizzling" in butter on a 500 degree plate. Or, if youâre in the mood for something a little
We have been in Salt Lake for 8 years now. For the earlier years, we have found a great steakhouse further south. With that closed we had tried a few other places and were disappointed. I had avoided Ruth's Chris, hoping to find a lower cost high quality less national chain type of restaurant. I have eaten at RC in 4 other cities and three of the four had been good. The SLC restaurant makes it 4 out of 5 visits. Service was truly excellent and our steaks were great. We had the pre-630 lower cost option, with Filet. My wife said this was her best Caesar Salad. She would not want me to mention her age; but suffice it to say that she has had many decades of salads around the country to compare to. She also loved the Creamed Spinach. My sides were also excellent. We played it smart and took half our meal home, and relived the experience the next day. It is pricey - but they do deliver!

We only had one night in Salt Lake City and glad we chose pallets for our only dinner. Kind of rustic -industrial interior which works very well with the space, friendly staff, friendly patrons, great menu with lots of different things to try, great if you are an adventurous foodie. Great cocktail list too. Excellent experience, Would definitely recommend it and return.

We had only breakfast dishes and they were very good and simple; not simple like lacking flavor, but simple in the fact that they were your regular burritos, french toast and eggs; so you will not find anything special here, the burger looked really good though. The attention was good, and the price was very cheap.Only complaint is the wait time, the place is very busy so we waited ~45 minutes to be seated. We were in no rush so we decided to wait, was it worth it? Maybe not.

Log Haven, long synonymous with wildflowers, waterfalls and fine canyon dining, is located in a historic log mansion in the Wasatch National Forest, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Consistently honored with the most national and local awards in the
Seriously surprising and elegant setting in the woods, very close to town. The Log building was originally a retreat for a very wealthy family. The decor is log lodge but very well maintained. The food and service were first class. Due to Utah rules, the martini is very small, order something else.

While visiting Utah it was wonderful to find a place that I could dine out safely. The pizza we ordered had sun dried tomato's, arugula, vegan sausage, pesto & a marinara. It had amazing flavor, plus no side effects from gluten. It was celiac safe. Thanks for the very good experience.
