We have been to Copper many times and it is usually good. The small bites Prawn Popcorn, Cauliflower and Arancini Rice balls were excellent. Straight Up burger was also good. We were disappointed by two of our mains. The Mac n Cheese was gluggy and the Salami pizza had way too much cheese forming a heavy greasy layer sparsely dotted with small thin rounds of cheap salami. Avoid this dish as there are much better offerings on the menu. The Grape ice tea is excellent. Staff continue to be friendly and attentive. The food is good and the service as well. Friendly staff and good music. I ordered Singapore noodles and it was a delight. The other items we ordered were also above average.The cocktails at the bar are very good and I would recommend Trader Vic's Passion Cocktail. A couple of things they need to improve on.... the wait is too keen to clear the table which gives an impression that they want us to leave fast.... they keep on disturbing conversation in that process...It has a very very colonial feel, which is not welcoming to everyone...You need to keep at least 25% on your bill for service charges, which in my opinion is exorbitant...Dear anilm03,Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us and your experience at Trader Vic's. Visited the place with friends to watch the football game. The interiors are very cozy, staff is efficient and the food is just awesome. There are many screens to watch games plus a pool table, Darts and foosball. The beer selection deserves a special mention.
