The former haunt of pirates, the Dutch and the English and Tortola's main town, Road Town is within reach of secluded beaches and hidden coves. The island displays the same leisurely pace as other British Virgin Islands, with festivals and regattas across the calendar. Helicopter and sea charters and diving are popular activities. On land, the ruins of Fort Burt and the still functioning Callwood Rum Distillery provide fun daytrips. Catch a cab between sights or rent a car to get out of town.

Newly rebuilt and lovely. Call for reservation to be able to sit sea side. Went several times and food good with great views of sunset. Fish fritters were something new and quite delicious, unlike conch fritters, crispier and an appetizer portion with salad makes a good meal. Their conch stew is also very good. One time the service was slow, but it is not usually. Key Lime pie very good and they offer a shot of local rum, which is a nice touch.Thank you for your review, much appreciated.

We have built our reputation on delicious, home style cooking and friendly service... but our claim to fame is brewing the best cup coffee anywhere in the BVI. we offer only the best Caribbean Coffee beans roated in British Virgin Islands. Stop by today,
After reading dismal posts following the hurricane I expected to see nothing and nobody. But the locals have opened up the breakfast shop and thereâs life and laughter. I suggest the 2x2x2x2 breakfast. Excellent. Yes the surroundings still are in upheaval but the basic primal need for nourishment is being offered. Iâll return gain and again.

Fine dining but on real food with substantial portions. Cocktail bar and Pavillions lounge area overlooking the sea. 400 year old stone built dining room formerly the Rum house of the plantation. Terace section overlooking the sea.
My husband and I stayed at the Sugar Mill just after Easter and ate two nights at the restaurant. The scallops with mushroom risotto was recommended and it was delicious! We had a lovely dinner with top notch, friendly service. This is why we went back again, even though the prices are a bit steep.

We stopped at the Long Bay Beach Club during a recent port day on our Caribbean cruise. Overall this place was fantastic... Amazing beach, great staff, nice pool, great food, good drinks, etc.If you make your way here, please ask for Leana. She was fantastic and one of the highlights of our vacation. We will absolutely return here when next in Tortola, and perhaps extend our stay at the hotel next time.I highly recommend the Roti for lunch. Absolutely delicious...

We stayed at Sebastian's for two nights and ate at the restaurant several times - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fine, the service was very good and the location overlooking the water was excellent! Anna and Joan took good care of us. If you stay at Sebastian's, do not hesitate to visit the restaurant!

We were very concern when after Irma and Myetts decided to lease their restaurant to Pussers how it would be because when we have been to Pussers before I felt it was too American of food for the islands. Well Pussers at Myetts kept some of Myetts menu items in place so it all was good. Good service some times change is hard but this was still good and Myetts Motel has recovered nicely.

We are staying in West End, first time visiting Tortola. Surprised Bananakeet isnât rated higher than some of the other places (we drive by them every night and they are empty). Weâve been there twice now and havenât been disappointed. Great bar and drinks, food is very good, so is the service, but that sunset view is spectacular. We drove around when we arrived and saw bananakeet was full so we figured it was good and we werenât disappointed. Thank you for sharing your experience. The staff is always happy to get good reviews. Please come back and stay with us at Heritage Inn next time.
