I go to Cooperstown every summer, and have eaten here before, usually lunch. I decided to have dinner at the Blue Mingo with some friends. Overall our experience was average to poor. The food was ok, but definitely overpriced for the quality of the food. The service was extremely slow, poor actually and it was a Wednesday evening so it was not due to crowds.

We are a hip, family owned, coffee roastery and Cafe in Cooperstown, NY. We are open year round and pride ourselves on fresh, locally sourced foods and wonderful coffee drinks!
Stopped in about 10:15 on a Sunday morning. Just off central Main Street toward lake. Lunch menu does not start until 11. Ordered drinks and they arrived quickly. Ordered food and it took over 30 minutes. Very busy. Our breakfast sandwiches were good but not worth waiting that long. Smoothies especially good. The blueberry smoothie is made with blueberries, Cobani yogurt, and honey. Good Morning Marko,Thank you for taking a minute to let us know about your visit to Stagecoach. We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed your items and that your drinks arrived quickly. We agree that on Sunday mornings we are very busy and it causes longer ticket times from the food station. We are sorry that your food took 30 minutes. We do our best to make our food fresh to order and serve it as quickly as possible. We hope you'll give us another shot. If you are in a rush you can call your order in and pay ahead of time to skip the line. Have a terrific day.Matt

We go here a few times every summer. This is a seasonal business. Prices seem to just keep going up. There used to be three sizes for Hot Fudge Sundae. Now there is only a huge one for about $8. Hot dogs are good but too big for a child to eat. Pickles are not great, however I think chips are home made a are good. All food options are expensive.

The Snack Barn & Bakery at the Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard is closed for the season and will re-open in the spring of 2019. The Mill Store Marketplace is open and baked goods are available. We hope to see you at the Snack Barn in the spring!
Didn't try the snack bar, just the shop. My husband went crazy buying items. Everything looked so good. They have a lot of samples out so you can try before you buy. The staff is very happy and personable. Things aren't cheap, but they have good quality, great tasting items. Will make this a must-stop-at for next years hall of fame weekend visit.

Lake House Restaurant and Lodge was built in 1843 and rests on the shores of Canadarago. The lodge and restaurant are a secluded haven for those looking for a place to relax, fish, hunt, and simply get away from city life. Lake House Restaurant and Lodge
Hotel is converted house with lots of stairs and uneven floors. Marriott is isn't, but clean and acceptable. We ate at the restaurant on a quiet Wednesday night. I suspect the summer weekends this is a hopping place with lots of outdoor seating and lake access. We had a half rack of ribs, which were delicious. They fell of the bone and sauce was great. Menu prices are on the high end for location being so far away from any city.Every review like yours helps us get the word out that we represent great value and caring service. Thank you

We stopped in for Cider and ended up getting cider slushy, baked goods (apple cinnamon cake), local NY cheese, and several jams, as well as apple butter. I wanted to try it all. There is ample room and this place truly gives you homemade products from upstate NY! We sampled the cheese and got a large piece. The slushy was good as was the baked items!

Stopped for lunch on our way to the Finger Lakes recently. Had a wonderful lunch, Saratoga sandwich and open faced beefsteak sandwich. Both were excellent as was the service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices and very clean. Wish we had room for some of that yummy pie everyone was asking for. Next time.
