great meals or if you only want a sandwich it is a great place to go and great seating area, quite enough you can sit and visit with friends or dine alone, good service and not a long wait to get you food after ordering

We are new to Reedsburg and have visited here more then any other restaurants in the area. It is a shame it is not busier when we are there. There is plenty of seating in a clean, well lit room. The staff has been pleasant and efficient. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the usual offerings and good. Lunch is the only negative so far. My wife had meatloaf with gravy. It did not taste all that good and the brown gravy was super salty. It was so salty she was unable to eat it. The plus side is WI is known for fish fries and theirs is very good. They have the usual to go withs but the fish is second to no one. It is batter fried, flaky and good size pieces. The draw back you cannot have an old fashion with it. No alcohol served here. Good eats at good prices.

Ok, if your looking for new wow pow atmosphere. Skip. But the service was great. Hot bread and salad bar was fresh. Steak was excellent. Great after dinner drink

Tried to stop by tonight Monday, 10/10/16, it was closed with a sign that said closed Monday's. Tripadvisor said they were open. Going across the street to another tavern.I'm not a local just in town for the night for business looking to watch the MOnday night football game.

Stopped by for breakfast with a friend on a Sunday morning. Place was busy upon our arrival, but we were seated fairy quickly. Could tell that staff had been rushing around handling customers, since most interactions with waitress(es) felt a bit abrupt. Not unfriendly per se but definitely felt a bit rushed to order, eat, and get going.Food was good. I ordered the Western omelette and wheat toast. Omelette was well made. Not overly big or flavorful, but a solid and decent meal. Prices are reasonable for food, although I was expecting either bigger portions or higher quality for the amount paid.Would visit again but would probably aim for a different day and/or time, when the place wasn't quite as hectic with the Sunday morning rush.

It was our first time at this establishment and was recommended for the food. We were with a group of 12 that were seated before we arrived. Once seated, took awhile to get drink service. Ordered our meal and really waited along time to get that. Had rib eye and it was extremely fatty, hard to cut with a steak knife. Came with vegetables and fries. Food was hot though. I think our server was overwhelmed just a bit. Had to ask for our bill, and noticed our bill had some other bar bill on it. Loved the inside decor. Men's bathroom wasn't very clean either.Ted, Thank you for dining with us, we greatly appreciate it. I am sorry to hear that your rib eye and the service were far from perfect. I also thank you for letting us know our shortcomings so we can work on them to reach 5 stars on all levels every time. We will certainly work to correct these issues and hope to see you again in the future ~ Jayson
