Now on the ocean in Cardiff, PCG is a hip and artistic trip for your senses. Feast on extraordinary Pacific Coast Cuisine in visually stunning surroundings. The Pacific Coast Grill is a place to see and be seen and most of all, to enjoy.
Classic California restaurant full of entitled millennials to serve you. Arrived in the valet lot only to find and Iâm noxious attendant that âwelcomed usâ to the restaurant. We came to go to the upstairs bar but that was not open on a Saturday afternoon. We were Crammed into the dark, cold downstairs area as they probably didnât have enough employees to work the full restaurant⦠Hereâs the good news the ice was cold and so was the beer. We ordered a roll that had questionable texture on the raw fish. Not very flavorful⦠Deciding not to order additional items seem to irritate the waiter. Upon our decision to leave the valet attendant helped three different patrons that were behind us in line before they helped us. It then took over 15 minutes to bring my vehicle from some lot elsewhere. As a parting gift the valet obnoxiously asked for a tip. Overrated and entitled when there are many other places to go.

We came back due to its convenient location to give it another try. The beets in the beet and goat cheese salad were thinly sliced, fresh, and delicious. My salmon was thoroughly cooked and served with a roasted broccollini. My wife's Cioppino had the nice, spicy sauce she has come to expect and love, but the stew was lacking in shrimp and scallops of just a year ago. Service is good and ambiance is great. They could do better in terms of Quality Price Ratio.

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe's Signature Restaurant, Morada, is inspired by the propertyâs storied past, showcasing Rancho Santa Feâs rich history by incorporating natural materials and equestrian elements that allude to the eucalyptus groves and the carefr
Boring menu, poorly prepared, uninspired. The service began with an unfriendly hostess and then robotic servers that just âtake the order,â drop the food on your table and disappear. Hard to imagine it would be much better during dinner. No doubt convenient for the people trapped in the hotel. The bright spot was the valet who was super friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The management should take a lesson. The star belongs to him!

There's always a line at Pipe's. It moves surprisingly fast, so that's not a problem. It's a rustic place, shabby but chic. The crowd there is composed of a raffish crew of beach bums and wealthy Californians, with an impressive canine contingent. Everybody gets along. The vibe is California Cool. The food. Very, very excellent. The service. Couldn't be better.Con't miss this place.

We love this place, the food is good...dover sole, Great!!! But we go out for dinner to escape, to enjoy the gardens surrounding this restaurant and the singing canaries...great wine list. But, don't need the blare of FOX news during dinner...trying to get away from all that...

Warm and inviting inside with a cute little patio out the back. Great service...very helpful and friendly. Lots of creative things on the menu like quinoa cake Benedict and BlackBerry stuffed French toast. They also have a great mimosa menu with flavors like pineapple and watermelon. The little bakery next door is jammed with yummy looking pastries of all kinds to take home. Loved that all the ingredients are local and they support other local businesses. They even give you a little heart shaped cookie with your check...yum!

Veladora. Where coast meets ranch. Where sun dappled afternoons fade into lantern lit evenings. And where all things fresh, handcrafted and simply delicious reside. Rancho Valencia's captivating new restaurant is now open and serving Coastal Ranch cuisine
Salads are incredible, soups are so fresh. Chino Farms vegetables and fruits are strew throughout the menu and are creatively presented. The corn soup is great on the autumn me u right now, using Chino corn... try it!The salads are creative and flavorful, always using farm-fresh veggies and the best protein sources. The chef is accommodating to all dietary needs. If you let them know when making the reservation, they graciously integrate your needs into the meal. I let them know my daughter is glutenfree and when they brought our bread, they brought her a separate bread basket with her own rolls. Very nice.Their grilled octopus is excellent, as is their salmon, if you consider adding either as a protein source for a lunch salad.Enjoy!

A lovely resort & restaurant! There are 2 restaurants side by side with same menu and both equally exquisite! Great menu with variety... I loved the Kale salad without the salmon it normally comes with. They also bring you rolls & crisp crackers with a tasty hummus mixture. Very quiet, peaceful place to eat. Service was excellent. One thing that was a bit disconcerting, was a huge dog that was sitting by his master just adjacent to us, and another huge dog a few tables down. (This was on the patio dining)....but every few minutes I could smell that "dog smell" which wasn't very appetizing. Also he had bowls and offered the dog food right there in front of us. Other than that it was great!

I have heard about this restaurant for years but never been. We finally went with friends and it was great. We live pretty far, so we may not get out there again but if we did, I would sit in the bar and lounge area and order off the sushi menu because the sashimi appetizer we ordered was delicious. The best part was our server, Jeannine (sp?) who was a perfect balance of great personality, attentive and also let us relax and not feel like we were rushed. Also, they made one of the best dirty martinis I have ever had.

Shares the Pesto Chicken Flatbread. Itâs made with chicken, basil, oven roasted tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, all on a flat bread. It came out looking like a pizza. It was just prefect to share for our mid day lunch. Nice open air interior. The on street parking is always a pain. Always busy.
