We visited Perkins twice during our stay at the Poconos. Once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was up to the usual standard and very good period for dinner I had the turkey dinner and I can say that Perkins serves one of the best turkey dinners I have ever gotten in this type of restaurant. Service was excellent.

Louie's Prime is fine dining in a casual atmosphere. We take pride in our menu, presentation and service. We offer high quality steaks and creative dishes. We have a full service bar and an excellent wine list with 15+ wine by the glass.
Delicious -- that's the best adjective I can think of to describe the meals at this fine restaurant. Friendly servers and a cozy atmosphere only add to the ambience. The restaurant is family-friendly too. Some meals are a bit pricey, but not all of them. I would certainly recommend this place and will continue to go there when in the Lake Harmony area.

Hi, I am writing a mixed review. This has always been a favorite for us. But something the last 2 times is missing.Original piggy French toast was not up to par, next visit no blueberry muffins until our breakfast came. I actually ordered a cheesesteak instead of French toast. Cheesesteak was off too.We have tried different days. Apparently our usually waitress on vacation or day off same with the original chef.I was concerned, I felt as if the restaurant was sold. It wasnât warm and fuzzy. I researched and found out Bette and her husband still own it. Thank God,Hope they can checkout our concerns.Otherwise, Piggys is a destination. I havenât seen Rachel my last 2 visits either, she is the owners daughter. Great girl!

It took me awhile to find a restaurant near where I was meeting friends for a hike. We wanted a reasonably priced place that served alcoheol and had outdoor seating. Most places in the region either look like dive bars or are overpriced. Murphy's loft is an interesting place. It has indoor seating and a fireplace, outdoor seating that includes decks and a bar and even a pool. There is also seating in a patio area that is enclosed with glass. The menu is extensive and includes the usual favorites. I had the reuben which was perhaps the best one I have ever eaten. The prices are reasonable. The beer menu could use a few more microbrews but it is good overall. My only complaint is that the entrance way is not very inviting and needs to be fumigated. When we first walked in we had some doubts about the place which then went away as we walked through the patio to the deck.

All day breakfast in the Poconos, wow diner food in a rural setting. We checked thru the menu and my partner settled for the steak&eggs, while I opted for the savory sausage and eggs with savory gravy. It was great and the server was good, the price was reasonable but the best thing was breakfast at noon in the Poconos.

Breakfast and lunch served all day
Greeted well, chose to sit at counter at 2:10pm. Ordered soups and tuna club. Could smell and then saw very burnt toast being used to make sandwich. I say loudly, that's burnt, don't use that.... They made new. Sandwich was exce!lent. Soups nothing special. Says no seating after 2:30, I would suggest not after 1:30. They are closing, cleaning, vacuuming. Good oldies music, lively staff. So glad you enjoyed your sandwich and thanks for the review. Sometimes after a busy weekend the staff likes to try and get out a little early to salvage some of the weekend with their family so we will address your comments and concerns. Please stop by again.

Stopped here for coffee & a bakery treat! Owner operated. Very CLEAN! Cleanliness is hard to come by in the restaurants in this area. Iced coffee amazing! They have almond milk too! Chocolate chip cookies are sooooo good! Can't wait to stop for another coffee & bakery treat. I also plan to buy their homemade bread next time. It looked & smelled so good!

Visited 2 times during our last visit to the Poconos. The food was very good from the wings, calamari, Salmon, chicken parm, and Greek skewers. We found everything was cooked perfectly and portions were large. Service was friendly and prices are very reasonable, we will be back.

The menu at Guy Fieri's Mt. Pocono Kitchen reflects his signature style of authentic and surprising flavors. Guy has traveled over 150,000 miles across America's back roads in Diners, Drive-ins and Dives in search of the best regional fare: Guy knows Amer
Couldn't decide between a burger or the ribs. Menu said ribs won something special so I ordered the ribs. The food came quickly (reason for 2 stars). The ribs tasted like chili powder. It took awhile to find someone to come to our table to send my food back because BBQ should not taste like a bowl of chili. I asked for a cheeseburger instead. The worker did comeback to the table and say the kitchen tried the ribs and agreed they tasted like chili and the seasoning mix was off. When my burger came my bun was burnt. Not just a little but half the bun was coal black. I ate the patty and top bun. We need our check spilt (there was just 2 of us & I ordered water). They messed up our bill. I had alcohol on my bill I was really expecting them not to charge me anything or offer a free dessert or an appetizer if we come back. There was no compensation for my birthday dinner letdown. Especially after they came back and said they had messed up the seasoning mix. It wasn't like I was just being picky, they confirmed the food was not prepared to their standards and I had to suffer because of it. My sincere apologies for your less then perfect experience, we take great pride in making all our guests feel special and somehow fell short of that promise on our end. Please don't hold a grudge and give us a chance to make it up to you; simply call the Restaurant and ask for me, or the Manager on Duty and we will make sure you are not only taken care of properly, but with all the bells and whistles customary for your Birthday...Sincerely
