We went on Saturday, August 3, 2019 before the cruise in. We had a party of four and seated right away. Our waitress was Kelsey and was wonderful. She took our order and went down hill from there. We ordered at 4:30 and received our food after 6:00. The orders were all wrong and missing lots of stuff on all 4 plates. Our sweet waitress felt so bad! It wasn't her fault at all and tried in everyway to make it right for us. Tilted Ladder had a simple menu for this large crowd. If they can't even get the orders right with this menu they will never make it. We have no desire to ever go back. Only positive was Kelsey! The food was awful!!!!!!

We were in Pilot Mountain today, running a few errands and hubby said he'd seen a flyer for a new BBQ place. We headed over there for a bite. We both got BBQ sandwiches and they were delicious - more pulled than finely chopped which I think it perfect. Had a good taste, too. I got fries and they were plentiful and hot! The service was good and the place was nice... looks to be freshly painted and had some cute Pork type decorations here and there, too. We'll be trying it again.

Fast food restaurant. I don't care for hamburgers but my husband is a hamburger freak. He loves all their burgers - made to order - made "your way." Good beef quality.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner. They say that they have "the best fried chicken" so I got the buffet which had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, some kind of meat thing, chicken and dumplings, salad and desserts. My boyfriend ordered a burger from the menu. After waiting 15 minutes the waitress came over and said the burger would be out in 2 minutes so I went to the buffet for dinner. I finished my salad and the burger still had not arrived. I got my dinner, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans. The chicken was rubbery and had a chemical taste. The mashed potatoes were not real, were runny and tasted like water. The green beans were awful. Once we got the burger, which we asked to be cooked medium, was more than well done. The waitress was very nice, so there was a nice part of the meal. Unfortunately, my boyfriend was up most of the night vomiting. I am not saying it was the food, but it seems the most likely cause. We will not be back.

Beautiful atmosphere in every space at JoLo Winery. Supremely good food - get the Deconstructed Chicken Cordon Blue! The wine tasting was fun and it was so hard to pick a favorite. Can't say enough about the staff, their attentiveness and their excellent service. Special kudos to Jerry Ann for helping make our lunch experience even more delightful. And also to Anna for knowing her stuff backward, forward, and inside out while treating us to the most enjoyable wine-tasting ever!Thank you for the amazing review. So glad that Jerry Ann and Anna provided such a superb experience. We are lucky to have an amazing staff. Come see us again soon!

The Saturday breakfast buffet is great. They have a lot to chose from. bacon, country ham, two kinds of sausage, two kinds of hashbrowns, huge biscuits, french toast, waffles, fruit and more on the buffet kept hot and fresh. The price is pretty reasonable. The staff is great.
