At Seared we shop for the freshest ingredients available daily from farmers markets and local growers. Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the US
Seared has great food, especially their steaks. We've been there several times and I always order the fillet mignon with mashed potatoes (REALLY good mashed potatoes) and whatever vegetables are on the side. The drinks are excellent, too. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This place is VERY popular, especially during Happy Hour, and the only downside is the noise level. That, however, has never kept us from returning. It's a gem.

Another happening place in downtown Petaluma, all within a two block radius. There is seating outside alongside the river, but it was cool the night we visited, so opted to sit at the bar. Like the menu and choices of beer. Friendly staff, with many locals hanging out and enjoying the atmosphere. This is more a restaurant than a beer pub, but a good choice for either lunch or dinner.

Since 2001, this mom & pop diner in the lively Theatre District in Downtown Petaluma has been serving up fish & chips, calamari, clam chowder, oysters, prawns, fish tacos, shrimp louies and other salads - as well as a nice variety of sandwiches, chili spa
Delicious and friendly service. For starters, the calamari was out of this world! Soo soft and melt in your mouth goodness. It reminded me of my Grandfather's recipe and it was a wonderful memory to have. The batter for the calamari and fish was fantastic. The chips were perfectly fried and they had a coconut shake which was amazing! Fresh fish from the Pacific, the quality and ingredients cannot be beat.

Urban pub cuisine â quality burgers, salads, fish & chips, steak, and seafood; with an emphasis on local and fresh.
Great little gastropub set in a strip mall but don't let that stop you from eating here. They have burgers but also a good variety of other yummy things to eat - salads, tacos, stews, etc. Original local beers on tap. Friendly and knowledgeable service with reasonable prices.

Stopped here for lunch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick. The food was okay - unfortunately kind of tasteless. I wonder if it may have been better if we had breakfast. The place was clean, and like I said the staff was great, just wish the food had been tastier.

Fantastic Service, thank you Sarah. We entered as they opened on a Sunday at 5 PM. Happy Hour Oysters and Scrimshaw Ale to start. This could be the US, it could be Europe in many regards and you can't do any better for fresh oysters. Go to New Orleans, go to Oyster Bay Long Island or the renowned Chesapeake Bay, either way, this is living the good life as defined by fresh oysters. Dress is casual - that's just something with N California, the cucina, is several cuts above. There are starters and small entrees, lots of directions you can explore from the menu. My simple, Wagyu beef skewers totally hit the spot. A simple salad of "gems" was outstanding. We'll return, there's no doubt.

The brewery serves sandwiches in its Tap Room and Beer Sanctuary. It's open for lunch on weekends.
What a super busy place! We ended up in the packing lot - way in the back, and that was on a Wednesday morning. Once parked and inside, we enjoyed our flight. Price for a âcustomâ flight of 4 beers was $9.75.Womenâs restroom was slightly reminiscent of a roadway bathroom and really needed service.

We went here for dinner on our last night of vacation and are glad we did! My husband ordered the duck, a new dish they debuted last week and it was amazing. Also the waiter was knowledgeable about gluten free modifications to the menu which is alway really helpful. The decor is unique and romantic.
