See what the Colonel's cooking at your local KFC. Stop in today and enjoy our world famous chicken - it's Finger Lickin' Good!
Just not good biscuits dry and hard chicken nuggets more like rocks oops pebbles. Chicken legs greasy. The people who worked there were very nice but the food was not.

Absolutely no curb appeal, so the rather upscale decor was a pleasant surprise. My understanding is that this restaurant has recently been renovated. The serving of Chicken Fried Rice I ordered was not overly generous but nicely presented. Service was fine, but nothing to brag about. Dining options when visiting family in Pampa are limited - The Lamplighter was certainly good enough to add to our "go to" list...
I have enjoyed eating at Chicken Express in the past. This trip, however, I drove through the take-out window and ended up with under-cooked (pink) chicken tenders. In fairness to Chicken Express, I did not have time to go back, so I just ate the rest of the meal and chalked it up to a bad day.

This is a hidden gem in a small town. The staff were super nice and really seemed to enjoy working there. The food is simple but good. The portions are small so don't be afraid to order to dogs or sandwiches. But the prices match so it's a great place to eat for under 10 bucks. The desserts were decent but not like the dogs and chilli. Those last two are amazing. The good thing was I didn't like my first choice, the egg custard, so they gave me a second piece of pie for free. That was super cool.

Although Braum's has stores all over the region, I suspect that this one suffers from employee issues affecting customers. I've been in the restaurant section and had orders completely screwed up, and then not. I've stood at the counter to order a burger and had employees just walk by and keep chatting, ignoring me and other people in line. I've been trying to buy mild at the store checkout, and there not be any employee to be found. Don't get me wrong - I go out of my way to buy milk and other dairy there, but it is frustrating.

Dyer's has been in Pampa for as long as I can remember. Although we eat here a couple of times a month, including Wednesdays which are all-you-can-eat catfish, I have occasionally had an average meal, but this is an exception. I like the pork, which is sliced pork loin. I also like the ribs, which are not saucy but dry-rub - sauce on the table. Serving size ranges from a light plate to three meats with two of each. I'm don't fancy the beef, and I prefer the sausage after they've had a slow day, so it's been cooked well. The prime rib is always a hit with guests. I do wish that the Dyer's BBQ in Amarillo and this one would share their menu items, as I really do like the "Texas Okra" (fried jalapenos) in Amarillo. The restaurant has redecorated through the last few years, cleaning up the antique stuff on the walls to more contemporary art. Although the dining area to the left of the entrance is sometimes no smoking, if you are truly not wanting to smell odors, stick to the dining area to the right of the entry.

Where do I even begin. Food is really starting to lack. Food tends to come out wrong on a pretty regular basis. The kitchen struggles on almost all orders these days. Some of the waitresses and waiters really need more training and the customer service needs serious improvement. Every so often we try to go in and give it another try but often leave disappointed. I keep hoping that with new businesses coming in, it would encourage Texas Rose to shape up and fix the problems.Every so often we get glimpses of hope. I know the managers are trying to do their best with what they have.Thank you for your review. Customer complaints and suggestions are what we use to make our business better. If you could respond back and specify exactly what the problems were we would can try to fix the problem. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.
