I have been hoping that my experience the first visit was the exception, but after eating there a wide variety of times and days, not much has changed from my first impression. I really hope management is paying attention to the reviews because the issues I saw were absolutely fixable; and honestly, we need places like Palmers in the area. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating in an attractive, casual (but not divey) atmosphere. Good for date night, business lunch or drinks with friends. The interior is an appealing industrial chic-concrete and wood surfaces. I wondered about people asking for outside seating at lunch on a sunny, 90+ degree Georgia day...it is because the inside is incredibly loud-even only partially occupied, pre-mealtime; it is loud due to all of the hard surfaces. The outside seating is comfortable and shaded and allows for quieter conversations.Let me say up front that the food is delicious. Across all of the meals I had, they were tasty, fresh, well cooked and seasoned. I have no complaints about any of the dishes I have tried. The biggest issue that continues to create a problem has been service. No matter what or when, it has been terribly slow, inattentive and haphazard. Food has taken forever to reach the table and been cold when it gets there, which is a server issue. Drinks forgotten, refills not offered until the meal was finished, orders not taken etcThese are not new complaints-they have been brought to managementâs attention over and over. If your servers are constantly in the weeds, it is time to do some hiring and add on or replace people.I really do hope they address these things, but for my part, I wonât be back until they do.GaLilbit, Thank you for your kind words about our food and atmosphere. I am sorry for the poor service you have received at Palmer's. I am perplexed by your comments, as we have a very strong front of house team right now, and we are continually training them to perform at their highest level. In addition, there is always a manager walking around to ensure the guests are well cared for. I can assure we care deeply about the experience of each guest, and are not haphazard in the least about how we run our front of the house. I would be grateful if you could email me privately with some details about your poor service so I can figure out how this is happening and correct it. My email is [email protected]. Thank you.Ashley Edwards

Some of the hottest wings I have ever had - Scorchers. Good beers and tater tats too. Must try this place.
The food is always great and the Lavash is extra special. Entertainment on friday night. very nice for two or a group. The bartender, Lisa, makes some very interesting and unusual drinks! This is our go to place in Newnan since Andre's Off The Square closed.

Iâve visited a lot of Chick-Fil-A restaurants...but this was one of the worst Iâve been too. The staff wasnât very friendly compared to others and the restaurant looked nasty. When we finally received our food, my husbandâs medium fries were shorted by half. I wonât be back.

First time with family and enjoyed the eclectic menu. Tried the queso with wontons which I highly recommend. My wife and I split the bogogi chicken brie grilled sandwich. Delicious as were the bogogi sliders my daughter-in-law enjoyed. Son said rice bowl was 80% rice so not worth it. Nicely decorated and friendly, welcoming counter staff who I believe owner.

I had expected much more. I guess I can understand the prix fix pre-theatre menu but wasn't aware those would be the only choices. Take it or leave it. The real disappointment was at breakfast which I had heard was outstanding. It wasn't. There are 3 choices available and that's it. But I really fault the integrity of a chef who would send out a plate of half-cooked scrambled eggs. How could that have even left the kitchen? When I complained, the server looked at the plate and agreed and offered to bring one of the other choices but those were not appealing to me in the first place. For gosh sakes, hire someone who can cook a decent omelette. And why couldn't eggs cooked to order be an option? Our theatre tickets were what brought is to the Inn and restaurant. I can't see us ever wanting to do that again as a getaway weekend.

Welcome to Frank's in Palmetto! For a long time people described as a hidden gem! Over the years however the best kept "secret" south of Atlanta is out! We have been here at this location since 1992. Everything we prepare down to our spices are freshly &
Don't let the fact that the restaurant is attached to a gas station right off the exit to a major interstate. Frank's Family Restaurant is a hidden gem that serves great, authentic Greek and Italian food. The service and interior reminds me of old school family owned restaurants in Philly and South Jersey. I had a late lunch with my son today at Frank's and his Gyro was great (the lamb melted in his mouth and the pita bread was fresh and appeared to be home made). My chopped steak was delicious and nearly 2X the size and less expensive than what I get at Longhorns or similar chain restaurants. I got a to go order of Chicken Marsala for my wife, which she devoured before I barely had a chance to reheat it in the oven.

The Hill, a restaurant at Serenbe, offers farm fresh cuisine in a warm, gracious atmosphere. Focusing on sustainable and locally sourced growers, our menu includes organic vegetables from Serenbe Farms and shifts to reflect the seasons. Located in the cen
We made an 8 pm reservation for a family of 10. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated right away. The decor of the restaurant was very pretty. The menu items are all locally sourced and directly from the area. The choices ranged from steak, chicken, scallops, salmon, and vegetables. The steak and pomme frites (French fries) portions were hearty. The scallops were tasty; however, the portion was much smaller. Yet, the taste of the scallops dish was very good. The hamburger and fries were also a very large portion, but the salmon dish was small. There was no bread served with the meal, but you could order a appetizer of bread. We were well taken care of by the wait staff and never felt rushed. The wait staff even took a nice group photo of the family group in the beautiful entrance area by the fireplace. All in all, this was a very happy dinner and good experience! Thank you so much for your positive feedback. We are so glad you had such a wonderful family meal. Our menu changes seasonally, so please come soon!
