Find out what American restaurants to try in Page. It may be difficult to believe that a mere half century ago, the land beneath Page, Arizona and Lake Powell was a vast and bleak desert landscape. Carved out of the rocky terrain, Page sits atop Manson Mesa and overlooks the 186-mile long lake, the dramatic Glen Canyon Dam and the surrounding canyons, arches and historical Native ruins. A mild climate year-round makes Page the perfect central hub for visiting the Grand Circle sites, as well as the neighboring Navajo Nation, home to Window Rock.

Choosing a restaurant in Page is quite a challenge....We decided to for Steer 89 and were delighted. A new management took over in May and they are really doing their best to provide the client with a great food experience. It is a typical US restaurant setting, quite dark, TV-set on, with a choice of booths or tables. The menu is typically american, with burgers and nachos done out of local fried bread, which are excellent. The qualit of the products was so good that we decided to go back the next day. Service is very efficient. Prices are reasonnable. A great address!

We went here for supper the night we got in town and breakfast the next day. The service for supper was very slow but the food was actually really good! The buffet the next morning was equally good and reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food considering itâs a hotel restaurant and normally those are just for convenience. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

So youâre eating here for the view, which is wonderful! I recommend making a reservation to get a table closer to the windows. Our server was nice and our food, while a bit expensive, was very good. We enjoyed our dinner and would return.Hello,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your dinner and the views. We hope to see you again soon! The restaurant has a nice ambiance and feels like you would be comfortable dressed up or straight from the boat as we were. They have a variety on the menu to meet needs of all diners. And daily specials. Prices range can fit any wallet from $16 cheese pizza on up. Good appetizer choices and drinks. We had the fish tacos. They give you 3 and they are good sized. They mix the cod with cheese so it is not a fried or grilled fish taco but it was very good. The pizzas our friends ordered were huge more than enough for 2-4 people. And the salads were bid, too. Service was good. Views were beautiful. I would eat here again..

Gone West has tasty steaks with all the fixings at a reasonable price. Tip: if you want medium rare, order rare and it will be perfect. The salad bar is basic, but good. Full bar.

Truthfully, I was expecting the typical bar food that isn't that great, but edible because you're hungry. I was surprised by the fact that the food was actually delicious. I can't remember which burger I had, but it had fried pickles and It was very tasty. One friend had the fish tacos and the other the club, and they were very happy with their food as well. The pleasant surprise was the blueberry cobbler... Highly recommended. The average rate in stars is due to the service. We were ignored and had to flag down a waitress, even though there wasn't that many people.Rubi O, I hate reviews like this because we were so close to providing you with a great all round experience. Hope to see again in the future with better service. Thanks, DBG

We were looking for a place to have a steak without the astronomical price tag of others in the area and this place hit the mark! It doesn't look like much from the outside...it doesn't really look like much from the inside either, actually! It's a very average kind of small town place. But what it lacked in flash it more than made up for in taste. The salad bar is small. Other reviewers write that the salad bar isn't more than you'd get as a side salad for a meal. They aren't wrong. But who goes to a steak place for the salad!? We ordered a steak and a cheeseburger and both were unbelievable. Cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and the sides were delicious. If you are looking for a fancy steakhouse this isn't it. If you are looking for really really good food, a good steak at a fair price then this is definitely the place you want to try.

Bonkers is one of the oldest buildings in Page. The decor is local artwork of the beautiful surrounding area. Owner operated with American and Italian cuisine, in a casual dining atmosphere. The restaurant is small and quaint.
My wife and and ate here during our 3 night stay in Page. It is probably the most traditional restaurant in Page as the others have a fast food feel about them. Bonkers is more relaxed although while the service is friendly it is also slick. The food is fairly traditional but really good and the portions are large. We can recommend the Chicken Parmesan and the Shrimp Scampi.Well worth a visit.

Easy to see why this is a local favorite. Reasonable prices, friendly service, and fresh ingredients. Breakfast and lunch only and huge selection on the menu â from breakfast items, soups, salads, chili, burgers, steak and more. Everything tasted delicious and we bought some fresh salsa to go. The menu includes the ownerâs philosophies on service, fresh ingredients and providing a great environment for your meal.

We just left Texas a year ago for Arizona. We have not found good BBQ here. So happy to find Big Johns on our recent trip to a Page. It felt like going home the minute we walked in. The BBQ was delicious. Smoked just right, tender, sauce was perfect! Only downside is Page is too far for me to go on a regular basis!!!!Fellow Texans thanks for stopping in for BBQ. We appreciate your business and weâre glad you found us. When youâre in our neck of the woods come see us!!
