A little puzzled at the negative reviews. We have been to the KFC in Okotoks a few times now and every visit has been a positive one. The chicken, while somewhat greasy (we dab all fried chicken with serviettes), is always cooked perfectly, the fries are generous and done well and the coleslaw is good. The service is always friendly & efficient and they happily honor our special requests. In addition, we always find the restaurant to be clean. We will continue to give this restaurant our business.

First time visiting. Until the restaurant got busy, service was great then went downhill. Hubby and I both ordered the avocado chicken omelette. Definitely not equal in portions, one plate was definitely way bigger than the other. Coffee wasn't very hot. Probably won't return, Denny's beats it by far.

We went a couple of weeks ago and found it to be a great experience. We will return in the near future. After our first visit we found the service to be excellent and cheerful.

Have heard great thing about this place ai I had to check it out. The atmosphere is really great and service was fantastic but the bbq was less than average.The brisket was not season and the fat was not rendered. The chicken thighs had a very odd flavor just like the burnt ends. Pulled pork was good but dry and no sauce. The best items we had were the sausage - mac and cheese but it was a clump not fresh and saucy. The Texas twinkies were pretty good also. The sauces were very good but they do not explain to you that you have to pick up your own food and where to go. Was not a fan of eating out of a card board bowl and plastic cutlery come one. Be concerned about the environment.

Spacious and tastefully decorated dining room. However, we enjoyed being seated in the outside patio. Service was courteous and friendly. We had soup and crispy chicken sandwich and their Italian Job pizza. The pizza was thin crust and the dough hand-stretched, really good pizza. Food was delicious. Enjoyable dining expert.
